Research On The Influence Factors Of Collaborative Innovation Performance Of Cluster Enterprises From The Perspective Of Symbiotic Network

With the acceleration of economic globalization,industrial cluster has become a new economic organization mode,enterprise cluster has an important role in the development of region and even the world economy,cluster enterprise cooperative innovation become the powerful weapon to improve their competitiveness and promote regional economic development.Enterprises in the cluster is not simple linear relations,presents complex symbiotic network relationship between them.Therefore,explore the innovation performance influence factors under the symbiotic cluster enterprise network perspective and the role relationship between them,can take advantage of the collaborative innovation between cluster enterprises,improve the innovation ability and competitive advantage of industrial cluster in our country,break through the transformation and upgrading of cluster bottlenecks and has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the symbiosis network,organizational learning and cooperative innovation performance related literature study,this study mainly analyzes the symbiosis network effects on cluster enterprise cooperative innovation performance,put forward a preliminary study hypothesis in this paper,and then explores path of ascension about the cluster enterprise cooperative innovation performance of symbiosis network perspective.In addition,this article also examines the intermediary role of organizational learning between symbiosis network and cooperative innovation performance,to test the proposed research hypothesis,construct the theoretical model of "symbiosis network is constructed,organizational learning,collaborative innovation performance",through the empirical research method of questionnaire survey to collect the sample data,and using the relevant statistical analysis software,analyze the sample data,the research hypothesis and theoretical model proposed in this paper.The results show that:(1)symbiosis network of enterprise has significant positive effect to the cooperative innovation performance,mainly reflected three dimensions:the network structure,network relationship,network scale,the impact on the enterprise innovation performance in order is the network relationship,network scale,network structure.(2)symbiosis network structure,network relations has significant positive influence on exploitative organization learning and exploratory organizational learning.And symbiosis network scale only showed a significant positive effect on enterprises exploratory organizational learning,for exploitative organizational learning showed no significant effect.(3)to explore the type of organizational learning can promote cluster enterprise cooperative innovation performance,and play an intermediary role between the cluster symbiosis network relationship,the network structure and network scale and the cooperative innovation performance,and the mediation role of exploitative organizational learning on the network scale and collaborative innovation performance is not significant.Finally,based on the related research conclusion,this paper puts forward some promoted suggestions of cluster enterprise cooperative innovation performance.
