The development of Internet technology has set off a boom in the sharing economy.The sharing economy has developed rapidly in the field of life services.The crowdsourcing logistics model has attracted a large number of freelancers with its high income and free and flexible working hours,fully integrating social idle logistics resources and improving distribution efficiency.However,the delivery personnel who provide crowdsourcing logistics services have not received professional training,and problems such as uneven service quality,refusal to accept orders,and unstable timeliness are common.At the same time,crowdsourcing logistics mode also has the disadvantages of high order concentration and uneven distribution of transport capacity.Therefore,considering the influence of the distributor on the quality of crowdsourcing logistics service,the coordination of service supply and demand,and the choice of platform operation mode,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the factor of the distributor on the decision-making of crowdsourcing logistics operation.(1)Considering the interaction of the deliverer,the profit optimization model of crowdsourcing logistics platform is constructed,and with the help of the optimal control theory,the change of the total profit of the platform and the deliverers under the four operation modes is analyzed.The research shows that the platform can choose the selfinterested operation mode by setting different rates of return per unit for the deliverer.More control should be associated with a higher unit rate of return,and free deliverers should be allowed to retain a higher unit rate of return;The choice of operation mode is not only related to the needs of the service quality efforts of both the platform and the deliverers,but also related to the size of the interaction between free deliverers.When the interaction is moderate,the crowdsourcing logistics mode is better,and when the interaction exceeds or falls below a certain value,the traditional logistics mode is better.The interaction makes it possible that the unit rate of return of the deliverers,under the crowdsourcing logistics mode is lower than that under the traditional logistics mode,and will lead to the decline of the service quality of the crowdsourcing logistics.(2)Considering the number of deliverers,the profit optimization model of crowdsourcing logistics platform is established to solve the quantity of delivery orders required by the logistics platform,the service price of the crowdsourcing logistics platform and the unit rate of return of the free deliverers.The influence of the satisfaction of the employer and the number of free deliverers on the operation strategy of the crowdsourcing logistics platform is emphatically studied.The welfare changes of all parties in the logistics market and the optimal number strategy of free deliverers when social welfare is maximized are also discussed.The research shows that: the quantity of delivery orders required by the crowdsourcing logistics is positively correlated with the satisfaction of the employer and the service price of traditional logistics,and negatively correlated with the service price of crowdsourcing logistics,while the quantity of delivery orders required by the traditional logistics platform is opposite.The crowdsourcing logistics platform can set the optimal service price and the unit rate of return of the free deliverers according to the traditional logistics service price and the number of free deliverers.The profits of crowdsourcing logistics platform are positively correlated with the satisfaction of the employer and the number of free deliverers.The welfare of the employer increases first and then decreases with the increase of satisfaction,and is positively correlated with the number of free deliverers.The overall welfare of free deliverers is positively correlated with the satisfaction of the employer,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of the number of free deliverers.When the satisfaction of the employer is low and the service price of traditional logistics is high,crowdsourcing logistics has a significant price advantage.The more the number of optimal free deliverers,the better.On the contrary,the number of optimal free deliverers will be reduced.(3)Considering the anticipated regret factor,the profit optimization model of crowdsourcing logistics platform is constructed.By solving the transfer rate of free deliverers,the total order transaction volume and profits of crowdsourcing logistics platform under three different strategies,the influence of the anticipated regret of free deliverers on them is emphatically studied.The optimal subsidy level of the crowdsourcing logistics platform when the regional demand share is known,and the influence of demand share and anticipated regret on the equilibrium solution are also discussed.The research shows that the anticipated regret of free deliverers has a positive and negative effect on the transfer rate,the total order transaction volume and profits of crowdsourcing logistics platform,which is related to the subsidy amount and the transfer cost.Compared with not providing subsidies,providing subsidies can attract more free deliverers to transfer to improve the efficiency of supply and demand matching and increase the total volume of orders.When the transfer cost is large,the platform can appropriately provide partial subsidies,and the optimal subsidy level is negatively correlated with anticipated regret.The lower the anticipated regret of free deliverers,the earlier the platform should provide subsidies.When the demand distribution of the two regions is more concentrated,it is better for the platform to coordinate supply and demand and increase profits.
