The economics has been growing rapidly and the electronic commerce is meeting public's demands.The scales,quantities and types of internet shopping vary from the development of technology.Delivering express is becoming a new industry,with the burgeoning demand.Facing the high-qualified service proposed by customers,logistic company sets delivery in time as one of the most significant factors.The growing number of express is putting pressure on energy consumption.What's more,crowdsourcing logistic has many advantages of dealing with these problems.Crowdsourcing logistics is based on intelligence,information and humanization,which contributes on its development.This paper makes research on supply and demand of crowdsourcing logistics and considers the receipts of company and customer satisfaction.Firstly,this paper analyzes the condition of current logistics industry,the overseas and domestic research status.And then this paper describes the research content and technical routes.Secondly,according to the summarization of logistics information platform and two-sided matching,this paper analyzes the delivery process of crowdsourcing logistics and concludes that free courier and goods matching problem is vital for crowdsourcing logistics.Both consigners and free couriers have expectation and assessments before they get matched.And the satisfaction condition is the basic of their match.Delivery price is the very point that consigners focus on and the critical point for crowdsourcing logistics to make profits.The objective of this paper is maximizing both the customer satisfaction and receipts of company.To realize the objective,this paper builds a pricing-matching bi-level model and then designs a feedback mechanism to solve this problem.The optimal solution of upper-level model is affected by the decision variables of lower-level model.Meanwhile,the objective and constraint condition of lower-level model is relative to both its own decision variables and optimal solution of upper-level model.The problem is solved by the feedback mechanism between upper and lower level.And then this paper analyzes the result of practical cases,which verifies the feasibility and validity of this model.And this paper deals with the customer satisfaction and receipts of company.This paper contributes to the decision and optimization of pricing-matching bi-level model.Finally,this paper concludes the prospects for research content and provides some recommendation for follow-up research.
