Realizing the "energy" and "level" of manufacturing industry,creating and acquiring new value of digital transformation,and forming an organic and collaborative value ecosystem are the key issues that need to be solved for the digital transformation of manufacturing industry in China.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the mechanism and application of energy level leap of manufacturing digital transformation value ecosystem.Based on a systematic review of relevant studies at home and abroad,this thesis firstly defines the connotation of digital transformation and energy of manufacturing industry from digital transformation elements and relationship empowerment,analyzes the multi-level organizational structure of manufacturing digital transformation value ecosystem and the process characteristics of transformation,and regards the digital transformation of manufacturing industry as the process of leaping from business unit level,process level,to network level value ecosystem energy level.Secondly,this thesis innovatively introduces the concepts of internal energy,kinetic energy and potential energy,based on the connotation of kinetic energy,from "quantity","quality" and "speed",and decomposes the influencing factors of kinetic energy into digitalization Based on the connotation of kinetic energy,the factors influencing kinetic energy are decomposed into the digital transformation synergy relationship within and between industrial sectors from the perspective of "quantity","quality" and "speed",and the value of digital transformation in manufacturing industry is constructed respectively based on the connotation of potential energy and the type of subjects generating "interaction force".Then,the genetic algorithm-extended gray correlation analysis model and marginal effect analysis model are constructed to identify the key influencing factors of digital transformation in manufacturing industry from two stages,namely,historical and future,in order to design the "elementrelationship" differentiated empowerment path.Finally,this thesis conducts an application study with Jiangsu as the target.The results show that the key influencing factors of digital transformation of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu are differently distributed in different industrial sectors,and the differential leapfrogging path of digital transformation factor and relationship empowerment should be proposed for different industrial sectors,which also verifies the validity of the value ecosystem energy leapfrogging mechanism of digital transformation of manufacturing industry proposed in this thesis.The value ecological energy level leap mechanism of manufacturing digital transformation and the differentiated leap path of manufacturing digital transformation in Jiangsu Province proposed in this thesis not only provide theoretical support for China’s manufacturing digital transformation,but also provide practical reference for the design of manufacturing digital transformation paths in other provinces of China,which have high application value.
