| The application of digital technology and data resources has greatly reduced information asymmetry and market friction,and enhanced the control and sharing of accessible resources by enterprises,the heterogeneity of customer needs,the transparency of information between partners,and the exchange,consolidation and integration of organizations The effectiveness of resources has been improved by leaps and bounds,and the establishment of a digital service ecosystem has completely overturned the dominant logic of traditional value creation.In the context of manufacturing companies promoting digital services in an all-round way,the logic of enterprise value creation has shifted from good-dominant logic to service-dominant logic,and the role of customer has changed from passive acceptance to active creation.The purpose of enterprise management is no longer to satisfy the interests of shareholders,but to harmoniously meet the ecological needs of customers,employees,suppliers and other stakeholders through the openness of data resources and digital technology,and to realize the synergistic effect of ecosystem through the adjustment of incentive structure.Therefore,how to adjust the synergy incentive structure in the ecosystem situation and promotes the construction of the digital service ecosystem has become an important problem to deal with the ecological connectivity in the era of digital economy.Based on the above background and research issues,this study reviews the theories of dynamic capability and service ecosystem,as well as the literature of synergy incentive and digital service ecosystem.On the basis of clarifying the gap between theory and practice,the case study is conducted with Kutesmart and SYMG as the research objects to build mechanism model of synergy incentive promoting the construction of digital service ecosystem of manufacturing enterprises,and then clear the theory and practice of contribution of this study.The study found that synergy incentives have shown a trend of dynamic evolution during the horizontal development of enterprises.Based on affecting the enterprise resource integration capability,it has completed the construction of structural embeddedness digital service ecosystems,including structural embeddedness preparation,structural embeddedness exploration,and structural embeddedness deepening.At the same time,the enterprise has formed the relationship expansion capability through the synergy incentive with employee-side,customer-side and supplier-side,and realized the construction of relational embeddedness digital service ecosystem composed of the production ecosystem,demand ecosystem and supply ecosystem.Further,through cross-case analysis and discussion,on the basis of exploring the difference between the construction methods of structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness,this study tentatively proposed the construction method of dynamic embeddedness,which was integrating the research on the construction process of digital service ecosystem.It has theoretical guiding significance for manufacturing enterprises to realize the construction of digital service ecosystem by synergy incentives. |
