Study On Supply Chain Network Equilibrium Considering Partnership Construction And Risk Information Sharing

Since the 21 st century,supply chain partnership has increasingly become a key factor affecting the competitiveness of supply chain.The sharing of risk information has also received increasing attention.Facing the complicated domestic and foreign environment,a good partnership can improve the anti-risk capability of the supply chain,and the sharing of risk information can alleviate the information asymmetry.However,unstable partnership and risk information asymmetry still exist widely in the supply chain,which has brought serious harm and loss to the supply chain.Based on the supply chain network equilibrium theory,this thesis uses the modified projection method as a means to analyze the logistics network,information flow network and relationship network in order under the background of demand uncertainty and production uncertainty.A three-layer supply chain network equilibrium model including manufacturers,retailers and demand markets is established,and numerical examples are used to analyze the impact of related factors on the supply chain network equilibrium results.The main research results of this thesis include the following aspects:(1)Study on supply chain network equilibrium considering partnership construction and demand risk information sharing.In the context of demand uncertainty,the uncertain demand is characterized by introducing a random variable,and its variance is used as a measure of demand uncertainty.A supply chain network equilibrium model is established to study the impact of partnership improvement on demand risk information sharing.The change of equilibrium solution when the cost of demand risk information sharing decreases and demand uncertainty changes is also studied.The results of numerical examples show that: under the background of demand uncertainty,the improvement of partnership can promote the increase of demand risk information sharing level,the decrease of product price and the increase of product transaction volume;the improvement of partnership can enable manufacturers and retailers to gain competitive advantages;the reduction of demand risk information sharing cost can promote the increase of the level of demand risk information sharing;with the increase of demand uncertainty,the level of demand risk information sharing gradually increases.(2)Study on supply chain network equilibrium considering partnership construction and production risk information sharing.In the context of production uncertainty,random variables are introduced to describe the impact of uncertain factors on manufacturers’ production,and the variance of the corresponding cost function is used as a measure of production uncertainty.The manufacturer’s risk attitude is also incorporated into the model.A supply chain network equilibrium model is established to study the impact of partnership improvement on production risk information sharing.The change of equilibrium solution when the production uncertainty and risk aversion factor changes is also studied.The results of numerical examples show that:under the background of production uncertainty,the improvement of partnership can promote the increase of production risk information sharing level,the decline of product price and the increase of product transaction volume;with the increase of manufacturer’s production uncertainty,the level of production risk information sharing gradually declines,the product price gradually increases and the product transaction volume gradually decreases;the increase of the manufacturer’s production uncertainty will make it lose its competitive advantage in terms of product transaction volume,but it will not affect the manufacturer’s competitive advantage in terms of wholesale price;with the reduction of the manufacturer’s risk aversion coefficient,the level of production risk information sharing gradually increases,the product price gradually decreases and the product transaction volume gradually increases.This thesis considers the impact of supply chain partnership construction and risk information sharing on the supply chain,and studies the relationship between partnership and risk information sharing.The research conclusions can provide theoretical basis and data support for enterprises to improve partnership,improve the level of risk information sharing,reduce risk information asymmetry and obtain competitive advantages.
