China’s economic development,scientific and technological progress,and improvement in living standards have stimulated consumer purchasing power and made product updates iterate faster and faster.At the same time,it has caused some negative problems.The number of waste products has been increasing,and the waste of resources has become more serious,posing a certain threat to environmental protection.In recent years,the state has vigorously advocated resource conservation,put an end to waste,attached importance to ecological and environmental protection,and contributed to the sustainable development of society.In response to the country’s call,China’s supply chain management model has shifted from the traditional model to the closed-loop supply chain model,which is a model of positive and reverse integration and economic circular development.There are many nodes in the closed-loop supply chain,and the members of each node are in a competitive relationship,all seeking their own decision-making goals.In actual life,when emergencies occur that cause disturbances in supply,demand,cost and other factors,these external factors will not only affect the normal operations of members,but also seriously threaten the stable operation of the supply chain system.Therefore,in the face of emergencies,it is self-evident that how to coordinate the relationship between the nodes in the closed-loop supply chain and how to deal with the problem of disturbance.The research contents of this article are as follows:First build the basic model of this article.In a stable environment,establish a closed-loop supply chain super-network equilibrium model.The supply chain includes multiple manufacturers,multiple retailers,multiple demand markets,and multiple recyclers.Based on this basic model,considering the disturbance of demand and not using contracts,a closed-loop supply chain super-network equilibrium model is established.Manufacturers dominate,and each enterprise pursues maximum profit and deviation costs(the production and transaction costs change due to demand disturbances,and the resulting extra cost)is the smallest.Variational inequality is used to find the equilibrium conditions.The numerical results and simulation experiments are used to obtain the equilibrium results under stable environment and demand disturbance.Comparing the two sets of equilibrium results,we can find that the demand disturbance affects the transaction volume between companies,the retail price of products,and the profits of various companies.Its chain wave Effect,breaking the equilibrium state of the entire closed-loop supply chain system.Secondly,the revenue sharing-cost sharing contract is introduced,and government subsidies are considered to build a super-network coordination model of the closed-loop supply chain under the demand disturbance based on the revenue sharing-cost sharing contract.Manufacturers are leading,each enterprise pursues maximum benefits and minimizes deviation costs,and analyzes the behavior of each member of the closed-loop supply chain super-network under the coordination of revenue sharing-cost sharing contracts.Equilibrium solution was obtained by using variational inequality method and improved projection gradient algorithm,and then numerical examples and simulation experiments were used to obtain the closed-loop supply chain equilibrium results under the revenue sharing-cost sharing contract.Given the combination of different demand disturbances,different revenue sharing,and cost sharing coefficients,the transaction volume,product retail prices,corporate profits at all levels,and the total profit of the closed-loop supply chain system between different levels of enterprises.Finally,compare the equilibrium results of two closed-loop supply chain super-network models with and without contract under demand disturbance.By comparing the results of the transaction volume of each layer of the two models,the retail prices of products,the profits of each enterprise,and the total profit of the supply chain system,the effects of the revenue sharing-cost sharing contract on the coordination of the closed-loop supply chain under demand disturbance are analyzed and evaluated.At the same time,the effects of revenue sharing coefficient and cost sharing coefficient on the coordination effect are discussed.The final research results show that the revenue sharing-cost sharing contract can coordinate the transaction relationship between enterprises and reduce the impact of demand disturbance on the closed-loop supply chain.The impact can enhance the stability of the closed-loop supply chain in responding to the disturbance of external factors,and also improve the total profit of the closed-loop supply chain system.
