Research On The Evaluation Of MN’s Corporate Governance Effectiveness

The private enterprises are an essential part of the market economy in China and an indispensable force for China’s economic growth.In recent years,the state has continuously created a better development environment for private enterprises,helping private enterprises to solve the difficulties encountered in development,making a number of private enterprises grow up.The internal power structure has also begun to become complicated.In the external context of a good policy environment and the gradual stable of the new crown epidemic,Private enterprises shall pay further attention to the situation of internal corporate governance and aim at improving the effectiveness of internal corporate governance in order to provide a more solid guarantee for the sustainable development of the enterprise in the future.As the private natural gas and gas supply enterprises that have been listed shortly after the market,MN has studied the company’s governance efficiency level in the entire industry and put forward improvement suggestions,which has a certain reality for MN companies.This paper takes MN natural gas supply enterprises as the research object,evaluates the governance efficiency of the company based on game theory,principal-agent theory and stakeholder theory,and puts forward countermeasures for the evaluation results.Specifically,it is divided into the following steps,First of all,the concept of corporate governance and corporate governance efficiency is grasped by organizing relevant literature,and the theoretical basis of this article is determined.Secondly,by analyzing the financial status of MN companies and the organization,the company preliminary understanding,and then analyzed the status quo of the shareholders of MN companies,the status quo of the board of directors,the status quo of the supervisory board governance,and the status quo of senior management personnel.Then,according to the relevant literature,the indicators for evaluating corporate governance efficiency are selected and an evaluation model is constructed,and the factor analysis of MN corporate governance efficiency is carried out by SPSS26.0 software,and the governance efficiency correlation factor score and ranking are obtained,and the results of factor analysis are further verified by cluster analysis,and longitudinal and horizontal comparisons are made according to the factor analysis results,and According to the results,the level of governance efficiency of the company is located at the end of the industry,and there is more progress space in shareholder governance,governance of the supervisory board and governance of the senior management.Finally,according to the evaluation results,countermeasures are proposed to improve the efficiency of MN companies,including optimizing the company’s equity structure,improving the efficiency of shareholders,Attach importance to the role of independent directors and improve the efficiency of board governance,construct an effective system for the supervisory board to improve the governance efficiency of the board of supervisors.
