Analysis Of Efficiency Of Corporate Governance Of CHALCO

Corporate governance is defined as a system which consists of the mechanism of corporate governance insider and outsider corporation ,company laws and supervision system of government in this article. Firstly, the estimate system of efficiency of corporate governance has been put forward. Secondly, we have estimated the efficiency of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited ( CHALCO) with it. Then, we found that the efficiency of corporate governance of CHALCO was at a low level and have anlaysed the reasons resulted in the problems. Finally,the suggestion is that the countermeasure to solve these problems should be taken to upgrade the level of efficiency of corporate governance of state-owed corporations.
