Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Financial Development In Jining City,Shandong Province

Located in the eastern part of China,Shandong Province is a large agricultural province,producing about 11% of China’s fruits and 13% of aquatic products.As an important city in Shandong Province,Jining is located in the hinterland of south Lu,has rich agricultural labor resources,rich and diverse agricultural and sideline products,and good agricultural foundation,so it can be called the "Land of fish and rice" in the North.Solving problems of rural,achieving common prosperity and rural revitalization will play an important role in raising people’s consumption potential and expanding the consumer market.If we want to solve the problem of "three rural",we would better properly solve the problem of economic development in rural areas.Moreover,the smooth implementation of rural economic development and rural revitalization strategy is inseparable from rural financial support.Studying the problems and countermeasures of rural financial development is of great significance to developing the rural economy,increasing farmers’ income,and realizing rural revitalization.Since the economic development,Jining has met the conditions for financial support for rural economic development,which is specifically manifested in: the rural population has been continuously improved in education level,and has the conditions of using modern financial products;The rapid growth of farmers’ income enables farmers to purchase agricultural machinery or make other investments.The change of farmers’ income source makes the social structure of rural members appear diversified.This thesis selects Jining City of Shandong Province as the research background to explore the current situation and problems of rural financial development in Jining,analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the impact of financial development on rural economic growth and farmers’ income,rural financial suppression,rural financial demand,and rural non-banking finance.Using literature research method,field investigation method,inductive analysis method,experience reference method and other research methods,combining with the advanced experience of developing rural finance in some developed countries and some provinces as well as the actual situation of Jining city,this thesis puts forward policy suggestions for the development of rural finance,such as curbing the outflow of rural funds,innovating the guarantee mode,speeding up the construction of rural credit system,promoting the extension of agricultural insurance,promote and support the rural "Internet + finance",which further enrich the cases of micro research and rural research in northern China.
