The Impact Of Digital Economy On High-quality Industrial Development

At present,the economic development of our country has changed from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage.At the same time,new factors of production are emerging on a large scale with the sustained development of the Socialist market economy economy,of which the most representative is the digital economy.The weight of digital economy in China’s national economy is gradually increasing,and gradually for the development of our industry to provide a huge new momentum.But how the digital economy will promote the development of high-quality industry still needs further in-depth discussion.Based on this,this paper takes the influence of digital economy on the high-quality development of industry as the main line,probes into the scientific and practical principle of how digital economy affects the high-quality development of industry,and combs the existing literature,the connotation of high-quality industry and digital economy,as well as measurement and evaluation methods are summarized.At the same time,this paper discusses how the digital economy affects the high-quality development of the industry,and analyzes the theoretical mechanism from various dimensions of the high-quality development of the industry.The panel data of 27 cities along the Yangtze River from 2011 to 2019 are selected as the research scope,and then based on the five concepts of high-quality economic development connotation,according to the in-depth study of the literature,it forms a high-quality development index system which fits the industry better,and calculates the development level with the entropy method,and makes a brief analysis on it,select the relevant indicators of the digital economy to calculate.Firstly,the direct influence mechanism and indirect influence mechanism of the theoretical mechanism are tested by the fixed effect model and the intermediary effect model.The theoretical viewpoint has been proved in the empirical analysis,that is,the digital economy can not only directly affect the high-quality development of the industry,but also promote the high-quality development of the industry by promoting the strengthening of bank credit.Then,according to Metcalfe’s law,the paper empirically tests the nonlinear relationship between the influence of digital economy on the high-quality industrial development.Finally,in order to promote the high-quality industrial development of each city,it puts forward more specific suggestions.According to the heterogeneity analysis of geographical location,the paper analyzes the spatial spillover effect of digital economy.Then,based on the above-mentioned results and a series of selected control variables,the paper establishes an econometric model to empirically study the concrete effect of digital economy on the high-quality development of industry,this paper puts forward some suggestions from four aspects: improvement of digital infrastructure,development of regional differentiation,utilization of spatial spillover effect,and strengthening digital employment and entrepreneurship.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)digital economy has a direct impact on the development of high-quality industries,and a significant positive impact.(2)bank credit plays an incomplete intermediary role in the impact of digital economy on high-quality industrial development.(3)at the level of city level in our country,the effect of digital economy on high-quality development has a single threshold effect.(4)there is a significant spatial spillover effect between the digital economy and the high-quality industrial development level in each city.Finally,based on the review and summary of the conclusions discussed in this paper,specific policy opinions are put forward to promote the process of high-quality industrial development from the five perspectives of digital infrastructure improvement,promoting industrial integration,regional differentiated development,utilizing spatial spillover effect and strengthening digital employment and entrepreneurship.
