| Under the constraints of China’s relevant laws and regulations and the strict supervision of insurance company supervision and management authorities,the travel insurance provisions organized by major insurance companies have formulated model provisions,and the connotation and scope of application are similar.Under the circumstance that enterprises cannot adopt high-price strategies to seize the market economy,major insurance companies have turned their attention to the R & D and production of service products and related commodities,transforming the competition for interests in the insurance field from product price battles to service wars,and in domestic and foreign market competition,customer satisfaction has become the key yardstick for enterprises to evaluate insurance.In the current new era,through lean management,high-quality services have gradually become the focus of concern for all property insurance companies.According to the current imbalance and imperfect system between the development of China’s tourism industry and the international travel insurance industry,this paper will take Chinese Insurance Property & Casualty Travel Insurance as the main research object,and after combing and analyzing the existing literature,according to the relevant theories and research methods such as literature and data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,data analysis method,etc.,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of PICC Property & Casualty Company J travel insurance,and provides optimization suggestions and implementation protection on this basis.The research focus of this paper is to conduct in-depth research on the problems existing in the development of travel insurance of PICC Property & Casualty Company J under the new situation and its countermeasures.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of related fields of travel insurance companies at home and abroad,puts forward the value of this study,and expounds the relevant concepts and theories of travel risk and travel insurance,so as to provide a theoretical basis for full-text writing.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development status of travel insurance of PICC Property & Casualty Company J on the basis of analyzing the relevant data of domestic travel insurance,analyzes the development status of travel insurance of PICC Property &Casualty Company J from four aspects: products,market pricing,marketing channels and promotions,and summarizes the successful experience of the development of domestic and foreign travel insurance companies.Then,the travel insurance market of PICC Property &Casualty Company J was investigated and the existing problems were analyzed,and it was found that PICC Property & Casualty Company J’s travel insurance had low demand fit and unbalanced resource allocation through the questionnaire survey.poor convenience and low enthusiasm for sales channels;poor communication between consumers and insurance companies;Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,it is found that the reasons for the problems in the development of travel insurance of PICC Property &Casualty Company J are serious homogeneity and low customer demand matching.The product lacks high value-added services,and the enthusiasm of personnel is not high;The product failed to achieve the whole process online,and offline communication was not easy;Travel insurance products are not reasonably priced.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and reasons for the development of travel insurance of PICC Property &Casualty Company J,the development optimization strategy of PICC Property & Casualty Company J is proposed under the new situation,that is,optimizing the product structure and enhancing the brand image.Improve consumer convenience and marketing enthusiasm;Strengthen the training of professional talents and improve the fluency of communication;Improve products in various ways and adapt to the development of the new situation.This thesis combines the development history of China’s tourism insurance field with the professional characteristics of insurance companies,and takes PICC Property&Casualty Insurance Co.,Ltd.as a case study to explore and analyze from a variety of perspectives.An examination of the current domestic and international circumstances,as well as the recent alterations in the market,will yield significant theoretical insight and practical advice for the area of tourism insurance in China. |
