Research On The Development Of New Agricultural Business Entities In Wafangdian Cit

Developing efficient and intensive modern agriculture is the only way to speed up the construction of an agricultural power and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and the new agricultural management body is one of the important ways to realize the development of modern agriculture.The report of the20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should "develop new types of agricultural operators and socialized services,and develop appropriate scale agricultural operations".Giving full play to the role of the main body of new agricultural management can effectively build a bridge between small farmers and modern agriculture,and play a good effect of connecting farmers to get rich.Wafangdian,as a large agricultural production county,has made great progress in the development of new agricultural operating entities in recent years,but there are also many problems in the development.Therefore,this paper takes the development status and existing problems of Wafangdian City’s new agricultural operating entities as the research object,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help Wafangdian City’s new agricultural operating entities develop healthily.On the basis of the original research theories on new agricultural operating entities and domestic and foreign research results,this paper conducts in-depth research on the development status of new agricultural operating entities in Wafangdian City,focusing on the aspects of industrialization management level,talent construction and problems existing in various new agricultural operating entities.Through actual visits,questionnaire survey and data analysis,the results show that: Wafangdian City new agricultural management main body overall development level is not high,reflected in the scale and industrialization of development level;Rural talent shortage,reflected in the education level and age structure;Professional large households lack authority identification;The family farm has the problem of non-grain and capital transfer to rural areas.The development of farmers’ specialized cooperatives is not standard;Agricultural leading enterprises exist homogeneous competition phenomenon.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the development of new agricultural operating entities in Wafangdian City,the optimization suggestions are put forward:first,continue to improve the development level of new agricultural operating entities;Second,strengthen the construction of rural talents;The third is to clarify the evaluation criteria of professional large households;Fourth,strengthen the standardized management of family farm;Fifth,we should supervise the specialized farmer cooperatives.Sixth,build strong agricultural leading enterprises.This study is conducive to reflect the development status and existing problems of the new agricultural operating entities in Wafangdian city,and the countermeasures and suggestions put forward are conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of the new agricultural operating entities in Wafangdian City,so as to promote the high-quality development of the economy and society in Wafangdian City.
