Study On The Policy Preference And Influencing Factors Of Leisure Agricultural Management Main Body In Fujian Province

The current state of the benefit farming policy in promoting continuous, fr om 2004 so far, focused on the problem of "issues of agriculture’\for 14 conse cutive years, that reflected in the No.1 document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, the leisure agriculture development ushered in a golden opportunity.In 2016, the central document proposed to promote the integration of rural industries, to promote sustained and rapid growth of farmers’ income, stressed the need to vigorously develop leisure agriculture and rural tourism. A nd local provincial governments have also taken positive support policies.Fujian province in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of leisure agr iculture, in 2011, it came on the development of leisure agriculture in 12th Fi ve-Year "planning", and in the planning of safeguard measures, it pointed out t hat to improve the policy system.Based on this background, the research on th e policy choice preference and influencing factors of leisure agricultural manag ement in Fujian province has a very impcrtant practical significance to the dev elopment of leisure agriculture in Fujian province.The definition of the main concepts of this study through literature researc h of leisure agriculture, the main business of research overview, separately elab orated the concept of leisure agriculture, agricultural business entities, new agri cultural business entities and leisure agriculture business entities, in order to co mplete this article.In the existing literature research achievements on the basis, has carried on the literature review of domestic and foreign policy preferences, analysis the development context and Policy Preference Research Progress of f oreign preference theory, and combing the domestic scholars study on the prefe rence theory and policy preferences. Secondly, through the Fujian Province gov ernment, the Provincial Department of finance, the Provincial Tourism Bureau , the the Fujian Department of agriculture and other departments of the functi onal agencies and its official website, collected and analyzed the existing leisur e agriculture development in Fujian province’s latest policy information.Finally, according to the obtained of provincial Samsung, four-star and five-star leisure agricultural enterprises as the main object of questionnaire survey, the extractio n of Fujian province engaged in leisure agriculture production of 121 business entities is the sample size, through the questionnaire survey data collected the data base of the cost of.In this paper, the research results of the policy preference has carried on t he descriptive statistical analysis, combining the five-point questionnaire score method is adopted in this paper, and the method of mean and standard deviati on of operating policy choice preference in leisure agriculture in Fujian provinc e a priority.Using multiple linear regression analysis method, we construct the six regression model.Excluding not significant variables, we analyze different p olicy choice influence factor, found that for the same kind of influence factors in the policy preference is there must be a level, and put forward the corresp onding policy recommendations according to the policy preference.
