| In response to the Party and national policies,Chinese banks have adopted the strategy of "finance + technology" and "finance + ecology",and consistently carried out business innovation around the financial supply-side structural reform.In recent years,various banks have launched a series of internet-based tax loan products for small and medium-sized enterprises,relying on financial technology and featuring "honest tax payment,tax credit granting,and tax-based quota determination." At present,although the enterprise credit loan products in the market use different names,but the degree of product homogeneity is quite high.As a member of X bank,facing the fierce competition of many homogeneous loan products in the same industry,how can X bank introduce new products quickly,accurately and stably?Customers expect to get a complete,personalized and differentiated service,and X bank hopes to get more customers and seize market share quickly.However,before improving operation efficiency and customer service quality through technology and process,we should first do a good job in the requirement management of the software system.The requirement management exists in the whole life cycle of requirement,from the generation to the end.The good or bad management of requirements directly affects the success or failure of a project.The requirement management of bank loan system is relatively weak due to its strong business,complex operation process and high risk supervision requirements.There are various problems related to requirement management in the development process of X bank’s small business loan system,such as lack of meticulous requirement analysis,frequent demand changes,slow requirement response,misunderstanding caused by inadequate communication,absence of project stakeholders,non-standard requirement follow-up process.In the end,customers were lost due to poor software system use experience and low user viscosity,which restricted the effective development of loan business of X bank.Based on the theoretical framework of the life cycle of software requirements engineering and combined with the actual work of X bank’s small business loan project,this study breaks down the project requirement management of X bank’s small business loan system into seven stages,including requirements acquisition,requirements analysis,requirements documentation,requirements confirmation,requirements tracking,requirements change control,and requirements version management.Through questionnaire survey,collective discussion,interview and other methods to collect data,to summarize and analyze the possible requirement management problems at each stage,and then put forward targeted improvement measures,improve the quality of requirement delivery,and promote the standardization of X bank’s software project requirement management.At the same time,it provides experience and reference for other banks in the process of digital development. |
