Research On Fund Management Optimization Of Group A

With the development of economic globalization,China’s economic development has gradually entered a new era of high-quality and rapid development.The scale of Chinese enterprises continues to increase and subsidiary corporations are gradually established in different regions.As the core financial management function of enterprises,fund management is very important for the sustainable development of enterprises.Before,the traditional fund management had problems such as long fund chain and increasing difficulty of fund management.Under the background of the improving level of emerging technologies,many enterprises begin to realize the transformation of financial management by means of financial sharing.They hope to use financial sharing for fund management to increase the ability of enterprises to regulate and control funds,the ability to supervise funds and improve the efficiency of the use of funds,so as to provide guarantee for the orderly operation and sustainable development of enterprises.At present,the capital problem in the real estate industry is becoming more and more serious,so strengthening the control of capital and improving capital management have become an urgent problem for group A.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,combs and comments on the research literature at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and methods of this paper;Secondly,it expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper;Then it introduces the characteristics of capital management in the real estate industry,selects group A in the real estate industry as a case company,and analyzes the current situation of capital management from four aspects: the financial management organization structure of group A,the main business indicators in recent years,the capital status and the work flow of capital management.Then,through combing the current situation,it analyzes that there are problems in the capital management of group A,such as the annual budget overrun of capital,the mismatched speed between capital investment and capital return low efficiency of fund payment and serious transfer of project funds.Meanwhile it analyzes the reasons for the above problems according to the fund management of group A;By analyzing the existed problems in the current fund management of group A,this paper expounds the necessity of establishing financial sharing for fund management of group A.Therefore,this paper constructs a financial sharing center to optimize fund management according to the current situation of fund management in group A,hoping to improve the fund management level of group A.
