In order to cope with the increasingly fierce peer competition pressure,the major elevator brands have taken measures to ensure quality,provide better service on the basis of the price advantage and constantly reduce the product and operating costs.As an important cost source of enterprises,how to optimize the cost control without reducing the service quality has aroused the general attention of enterprise managers.Based on the actual situation of H Elevator Company,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of after-sales service cost management,and finds that there are some problems in after-sales service cost management,such as inaccurate cost accounting,tendency to post statistics,high labor cost of after-sales service and high non-value-added operation cost.Aiming at the shortage of after-sales service cost,this paper tries to explain that the labor cost of after-sales service can be greatly reduced by adjusting the cost structure of after-sales service and increasing the input and application of big data technology,and meanwhile the nonvalue-added cost in the value chain can be reduced,so as to achieve the effect of reducing the overall cost of after-sales service.Thus it provides reference for H elevator company to reduce enterprise cost from after-sale link.In the future,with the continuous development of science and technology and the disappearance of China’s demographic dividend,technological innovation and digitization will give new empowerment to elevator after-sales service,and the competition of elevator after-sales service will increasingly rely on technological innovation and digitization.Hope this article can provide reference for the development and practice of elevator after-sales service cost management optimization...
