| Nowadays,we are in the era of knowledge economy and information economy,where talent and knowledge are crucial for social development and are also important reasons for differences in innovation efficiency among enterprises.The implicit resources such as knowledge,technology,and scale contained in human capital are of great significance in deeply exploring the impact and mechanism of enterprise innovation efficiency.Therefore,this article selects listed companies in China from2015 to 2020 as the research object to empirically analyze the impact mechanism between human capital and enterprise innovation efficiency.At the same time,it delves into the moderating effect of the business environment on the relationship between human capital and enterprise innovation efficiency.Based on a summary of previous literature and relevant theories,this article conducts an empirical analysis of the relationship between human capital,business environment,and enterprise innovation efficiency.It constructs a theoretical analysis framework for human capital,business environment,and enterprise innovation efficiency.Human capital is further divided into two dimensions: quality and quantity,and its impact on enterprise innovation efficiency is explored from two perspectives.Because listed companies belong to different industries and there are differences in measurement indicators such as human capital and innovation efficiency between companies,this article selects relevant data from listed companies to empirically test the relationship between human capital and innovation efficiency,and verifies the moderating effect of the business environment between human capital and innovation efficiency.In addition,The paper further discusses the relationship between regional heterogeneity and human capital and innovation efficiency of enterprises,as well as the moderating effect of the business environment.The main research conclusions are:(1)Human capital can directly improve the innovation efficiency of enterprises from both quality and quantity dimensions,and the business environment can also directly promote the improvement of innovation efficiency of enterprises;(2)The business environment has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between human capital and enterprise innovation efficiency;(3)According to the study of regional heterogeneity,compared to the eastern region,human capital has a more significant improvement effect on the innovation efficiency of enterprises in the central and western regions.In the central and western regions,the business environment positively affects the relationship between human capital and enterprise innovation efficiency,while the business environment in the eastern region has no significant regulatory effect on human capital and enterprise innovation efficiency,and even the quality of human capital in the business environment in the eastern region has a inhibitory effect on the improvement of enterprise innovation efficiency.Based on the above analysis,from an internal perspective,this article believes that enterprises should focus on cultivating and upgrading human capital levels,promoting innovative research and development,and increasing innovation investment;From the perspective of the external environment of enterprises,government departments should provide a good policy and legal environment for enterprises and implement favorable policies to promote innovative development of enterprises. |
