With the acceleration of internationalization,great changes that have never been seen in a century are being staged,new scientific and technological revolution and new industrial revolution are developing to a deeper level,and the influence of internationalization is also expanding.China’s service trade has ushered in a new era,with the continuous improvement of technology,service digitalization is also becoming a huge business opportunity,and is rapidly penetrating into more industries and fields.In an international environment,service outsourcing companies need to recognize their strengths and weaknesses and take appropriate measures to improve their competitiveness in the global market.This is not only a challenge,but also an opportunity to guide the future development of the company.This paper will take H outsourcing company(hereinafter referred to as "H company")as the research object,first analyze the external environment of H company,and summarize all the favorable and unfavorable conditions faced by H company.Secondly,the current corporate culture,financial resources and human resources of H company were analyzed in depth,and the advantages and disadvantages of H company were summarized by combining the current corporate management ability,business professional ability and scientific and technological innovation ability of H company.Through SWOT matrix analysis and quantitative analysis model,it is possible to deeply explore the current strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of 2H companies and effectively combine them to achieve better development.Combined with the relevant theoretical analysis methods of competitive strategy,"differentiated competitive strategy" was selected as the strategy of H company.Finally,based on the internal and external environment of H company,combined with the above detailed analysis,a strategic implementation plan is formulated.On the one hand,it is to provide perfect induction training and a good growth environment for the company’s employees,effectively reduce the employee turnover rate,reduce employment costs,and achieve economies of scale for human resources planning.In addition to providing basic work services to customer companies,H company is also committed to expanding more market opportunities by improving the cost performance of services.In addition,by establishing strategic partnerships with alliance companies,H company can effectively integrate resources and optimize resource allocation,thereby significantly reducing internal costs.The effective implementation of the above solutions can help H company effectively improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs,so as to achieve the overall strategic goals of the company.Based on the theory of competitive strategy,the theory of enterprise strategic management and the theory of business process outsourcing,this paper will analyze the internal and external environment of H company and deeply study the competitive strategy of business process outsourcing,which can not only improve the internal management level of enterprises,but also provide clear guidance for the future development of enterprises,so that enterprises can achieve development goals more efficiently and quickly.Through the research of this paper,it can provide valuable references for other enterprises in the business process outsourcing industry,thereby promoting the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of China’s business process outsourcing industry.
