FS is a financial information service enterprise.With the rapid development of the digital economy,the service economy,and the information and innovation industry,the financial information service industry,as an inseparable part of the industry chain,has developed rapidly in a way that combines quality and quantity.At the same time,competition among financial information service enterprises has intensified,and various financial information service enterprises have increased their investment in technological innovation,product innovation,talent cultivation,and other aspects to more accurately meet the application and innovation needs of talents and technologies,in order to achieve the goal of helping customer companies save costs,increase efficiency,and enhance core competitiveness in related businesses.In the context of constantly changing market environments,financial information service enterprises gain competitive advantages through integrating resource allocation,and their development strategies are particularly important.Firstly,based on relevant theories of strategic management,this paper identifies and analyzes the current development strategy of FS company by combining relevant literature and using interview method.Identify the company’s development strategy by combing the internal resources of FS company,relevant environmental dynamics and corporate vision.The company combines the competition and cooperation with external parties,focuses on the demand of sustainable competition and cooperation advantages,organically combines the short-term value and long-term value of the company,adopts the "company as the platform support,digital construction as the basis to achieve the end-to-end closed-loop service of the industrial chain,and takes technology and talents as the core resources of the company.To enhance the competitive and cooperative advantages of the company through differentiated innovation " as the overall strategy to lead the development of the company.In the industrial chain dimension,with the improvement of the demand for refined service quality in the financial information service industry,financial information service enterprises provide customers with end-to-end services of various related businesses by improving the digital management platform.In the business dimension,the combination of human resources and technology parallel services is the key factor for financial information service companies to provide diversified solutions,and the development of differentiated products is conducive to bringing competitive advantages.Financial information service mainly adopts B2 B service mode,customer development and transfer involve multiple stakeholders,so financial information service enterprises have high barriers in sales process,product service quality,delivery ability and other aspects.In the functional dimension,the R&D,marketing,human resource management and other related department strategies of financial information service enterprises are the key points to support the overall strategy and business level strategy of the company.Besides,mutual customer relationship is formed among all departments of the enterprise,and differentiated competitive advantages require the successful implementation of product strategy and marketing strategy.Therefore,the strategy of each department is the core element affecting the synergy effect of the enterprise.Secondly,this paper uses PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces and commercial canvas model to analyze the internal and external environment of FS company based on its current development strategy.And through SWOT analysis to FS company functional level segmentation strategy optimization suggestions.FS company has different types of development strategies at the corporate level,business level and functional level.The corporate level adopts the class vertical integration strategy,because FS company participates in all links of the industrial chain,and has the characteristics of research and development,innovative products and sales ability.The business layer is striving to realize the differentiation competition strategy.The core competitiveness of FS company is enhanced by increasing technological competition barriers,continuous research and development investment,improving human resource reserve to promote product differentiation and service differentiation.In terms of functional level strategy,the functional strategy of each department provided by FS company based on the overall strategy and business strategy needs to be further optimized.Therefore,this paper proposes that FS company can expand product lines while upgrading original products,improve market penetration and realize product innovation simultaneously,increase human capital investment to enhance employee stability,effectively expand customers to avoid relying on big customers,establish cooperation with leading enterprises in the industry to increase brand awareness and other subdivision optimization strategy suggestions.Finally,the paper proposes relevant safeguard measures,including establishing an effective project process monitoring and evaluation mechanism to obtain the project completion status in real time,establishing personnel management guarantee mechanism to avoid project risks caused by personnel turnover,and establishing financial guarantee mechanism to avoid business risks caused by problems related to excessive receipt-accounts.Establish a policy and system guarantee mechanism to standardize the operation of the project,and establish a risk defense mechanism to avoid violating the confidentiality rules related to intellectual property rights.Based on the above safeguard measures,it is expected to help FS company quickly and effectively achieve the development of strategic objectives,and provide reference for financial information service companies to formulate development strategies.
