Evaluation, Based On The Strategic Business Benefits And Risks Of Investment In Human Capital

The benefit and risk of human capital investment based on stratagem is studied in this paper. The basic content, benefit and risk assessment of strategic human capital investment are analyzed according a certain domestic aviation manufacturing business enterprise's actuality. The main contents and new views of this thesis are as follows:(1) According to the enterprise' s strategic human investment contents. The qualitative analysis to the content, characteristic, stratagem, objective and structure of enterprise human investment is done to prove the diversity of enterprise human investment.(2) Evaluation of enterprise human investment benefit based on stratagem. The characteristic of human capital investment benefit, the relationship between the investment and the benefit are analyzed qualitatively, and model of human capital investment benefit is built. A assessment system to enterprise human capital investment and its benefit is put forward, and the assessment is done by using prime factor analysis with the SPSS. Meanwhile, the relationship between investment and income is studied through multi linear regression. At last, a assign model of human investment benefit is set up according cooperation game theory.(3) Evaluation of enterprise human investment risk based on stratagem. The meaning and type of human investment risk are mainly discussed in the chapter. The risk of occupation morals, the risk of human capital encourages and control, and the risk of loss of talented people are major risk types that enterprises deserve paying more attention to, and the reason of these risks is applied. A assessment indicator system to enterprise human capital investment and its risk is set up, and the assessment is done by using a new way, the Spider Graph method.
