| As a worldwide problem,poverty alleviation has always been a key issue for countries all over the world to actively seek solutions.By the end of 2020,China has achieved an all-round victory in the battle against poverty,solved the absolute number of poverty problems,and created a miracle in solving poverty problems in the world.China’s poverty alleviation model has been affirmed and appreciated by the United Nations.But at the same time,as the largest developing country in the world,China has a huge population base and vast territory.At the same time,there are huge differences in development between the East and the west,and there are still a large number of economically backward areas.After solving the problem of absolute poverty,China is still facing the problem of relative poverty.Up to now,many rural areas are still facing the risk of returning to poverty due to poor natural and geographical environment and backward software and hardware infrastructure construction.Their weak economic development ability and poor development foundation have become the resistance to the implementation of the great strategy of Rural Revitalization.Financial aid to agriculture is an indispensable means to promote economic development and prosperity in rural areas,but financial aid to agriculture,as a credit product,also has risks that can not be ignored.Taking the behavior of branch B of bank a as an example,this paper analyzes the risks existing in the current agricultural microfinance products,analyzes the risk factors,and puts forward the risk prevention management strategy of agricultural microfinance with universal reference significance.Firstly,it introduces the specific historical background and significance of the introduction of agricultural microfinance,summarizes the related concepts and theories of microfinance risk management,and paves the way for the later research through theoretical overview and literature review.Secondly,it gives a detailed introduction to the situation of agricultural microfinance of bank a branch B,including the current development status of agricultural microfinance business of branch B,and introduces the risk management status of agricultural microfinance from five aspects: organizational structure,management system,business process,post loan management and responsibility attribution,It is found that the current risk problems of Bank A and branch B in all links of agricultural microfinance business are mainly the problems of risk management organization structure,internal process and system construction,as well as the risk problems in pre loan,loan and post loan operation.For the above problems,this paper identifies the main risks under the guidance of comprehensive risk management theory,and identifies the current risks from four levels: credit risk,market risk,operational risk and policy risk;The causes of the above risks are analyzed one by one from three aspects: weak business innovation ability,lack of government integration and insufficient implementation of risk management;Combined with the relevant indicators of the current farmers’ credit risk management system of bank a,this paper puts forward the risk index evaluation system of agricultural microfinance of bank a,and makes a risk evaluation from three aspects:special support project risk,farmers’ default risk and hidden risk.Finally,this paper implements the above risk management ideas into the actual work of bank a B branch,puts forward the optimization and improvement measures of microfinance business risk management of bank a B branch,and puts forward operable strategies from the government policy side,banking business side and customer management side.Through this study,it provides a reference for strengthening risk management of agricultural poverty alleviation microfinance with Chinese characteristics,so as to promote the healthy development of agricultural microfinance. |
