With the development of the economy and society,socialization reform has been carried out in logistics and canteens have gradually shifted from the original closed,monopolistic,and welfare logistics management model to a self-supporting socialized service model.The rapid development of the catering and take-out industry has brought new competition to the traditional group meal industry.Employees’ expectations for canteen services are increasing under fierce market competition and the number of feedback from Company B’s employees on the company’s canteen is also on the rise,with a downward trend in canteen satisfaction.Firstly,the thesis sorted out the current situation of the group meal industry by collecting and reviewing literature and summarizing and drawing on previous research results.A theoretical basis for subsequent research was provided by going through the basic knowledge of influencing factors,modes of action,models,and other aspects of customer satisfaction.Secondly,results obtained from small-scale in-depth interviews were summarized and factors that impact satisfaction in each dimension were extracted to design a satisfaction questionnaire for the canteen of Company B based on previous studies.Thirdly,a questionnaire survey was conducted and statistical summaries and empirical analysis of the collected data were carried out.I used correlation analysis techniques to explore the factors influencing customer satisfaction in Company B’s canteen based on reliability and validity tests.It was found that the quality of both food and service should be improved in the canteen of Company B.The most important impacting factor in customer satisfaction is the quality of food.In this regard,customers are not satisfied with the style and color.Aiming at the existing problems and proceeding from my working experience,some strategies to improve the satisfaction of the canteen were put forward in terms of improving food quality and service quality.Some safeguard measures to help improve the satisfaction of the canteen were proposed as well from aspects such as attaching importance to hardware investment,strengthening human resource management,and perfecting daily management.
