| As the local financial institution with a long history of cultural Background,R Rural Commercial Bank had more market shares,amount of deposit and loan than others for a long-term.But since many years ago,according to the market expanding and moving,R Rural Commercial Bank had gotten a recession,a lot of targets became lower than Postal Savings Bank,Agricultural Bank and so on step by step.With the occurring of risks,R Rural Commercial Bank had gotten into a dilemma of managing.This thesis mainly analysed the managing strategy of R Rural Commercial Bank by loan market share,liquidity ratio,non-performing loan ratio and provision coverage based on Triple Bottom Line theory and AHP,with the purpose of identifying R Rural Commercial Bank’s root problems.By using analysis tools of SWOT and PEST,This thesis is to make a correct solution and revolution strategy for R Rural Commercial Bank with a stable,sustainable development.First of all,this thesis described the general situations,organizations,managing and risks of R Rural Commercial Bank,pointed loan market share,liquidity ratio,non-performing loan ratio and provision coverage as anomalous 4 indices.The second,it selected 9 major indexes and 11 minor indexes from economy,society,environment,pointed out root cause through Full Analysis and evaluation of R Rural Commercial Bank by AHP.Then this thesis used SWOT,PEST to find out defects of R Rural Commercial Bank’s managing strategy based on the Triple Bottom Line.Finally,this thesis raised a pertinent,implementable,sustainable suggestion of improving managing strategy for Rural Commercial Bank. |
