In recent years,Technological innovation in China has made unprecedented progress and changes,our country ranks among the top ranks in the pattern of international scientific and technological innovation competition.As the main body of innovation,enterprises have played an important role as the engine in the development of technological innovation.Among them,state-owned technology enterprises have demonstrated unique competitive advantages in the innovation environment,making important contributions to the technological innovation and economic development of our country.Supply chain financing,as a financial means,is widely used in science and technology industry.At the micro level,supply chain financing can provide companies with necessary funds for continuous innovation.At the macro level,supply chain financing is also conducive to promoting the linkage degree of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,which has positive significance for the collaborative innovation of the supply chain related to science and technology innovation.Company A is the only high-tech enterprise under the provincial state-owned investment group.With its own technological advantages and brand advantages,it has ushered in rapid development in recent years.In order to further enhance the company’s business volume and profitability,Company A adopts the means of supply chain finance to provide support for its high-quality development.Subsequently,supply chain financing may bring series of risks to Company A.As the evaluation level of supply chain financing risk of Company A is relatively complex and there are many influencing factors,in order to obtain more accurate risk evaluation results and provide solid support for proposing countermeasures,in this thesis,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,on the basis of extensive research of relevant literature,the use of expert investigation method to determine the risk identification index system,and obtain 4 first-level risk indicators,including external environment risk,credit risk of borrowing enterprises,credit risk of core enterprises,and supply chain operation risk.Each first-level risk indicator has a second-level indicator.A total of 11 secondary risk indicators,then the analytic hierarchy process is used to objectively evaluate the weight of each risk index.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the actual risk score of A company’s supply chain financing.Finally,combined with the data obtained from the study,the corresponding risk countermeasures are proposed.In particular,focus on secondary and primary indexes with high-risk scores for analysis and prevention.According to the research,the overall risk of supply chain financing of Company A is controllable,but it needs to be treated prudently and take corresponding management measures.It needs to establish a risk early warning mechanism,improve the internal management system and fully improve the level of risk management for risk factors such as the credit risk of borrowing enterprises and supply chain operation risk.These risk identification indicators and countermeasures have certain reference significance for other state-owned sci-tech enterprise that have carried out supply chain financing. |
