Research On Efficiency Optimization Of Mobile Collaborative Office Management In Y Company

With the development of mobile internet,the boundaries between home and office,personal life and office status are becoming more and more blurred and more integrated.Since 2020,due to the impact of the COVID-19,most countries and enterprises in the world are trying to or gradually adopting the online mode of remote or home office.Although there are many online office and collaborative office service providers on the market and in the industry,they can provide corresponding tools and solutions.However,from the current situation,most enterprises are still in the office situation.After leaving the offline office scene,everyone and every employee have become an information island of their own,and the efficiency of collaborative office within the enterprise has not been reflected and played.How to combine these isolated islands in series is the common demand and goal of most enterprises,which is also the opportunity for the development of collaborative office platform.This paper first surveys the industry background of the topic and the current situation of Y Company,and uses literature survey and theoretical discussion to provide a theoretical research tool for the topic research.It also analyzes the mobile collaborative office system of Y company,and conducts a multi-level survey from the system strategic background,business function process and business implementation process,and finds out the problems in the business process and function requirements of Y company under the current situation of mobile collaborative office and operation.Secondly,based on the analysis of the existing problems in the current work,the existing problems can be effectively dealt with by adjusting,optimizing and reconstructing the mobile collaborative office system.On this basis,the principle of using the mobile collaboration function to realize the informatization of the collaborative work system in the mobile collaborative office system is given.Based on the research of enterprise mobile collaborative office system based on mobile phones and other mobile terminals,according to the company’s business needs and the characteristics of mobile terminals,the new functions and information structure of building a collaborative office platform based on mobile collaboration are given.Finally,the company’s real office needs can be obtained,and the better system function structure is selected for the proposal.This paper aims at the theme of optimizing the work efficiency of mobile collaborative office in Y company,and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to convert the impact factors and evaluation criteria that are difficult to quantify into quantitative direction.This paper analyzes the current use and status of the mobile collaborative office system used by Y Company,and also finds out the problems in its daily enterprise management and system use according to the analysis.The theme and purpose of this article is mainly to optimize these problems and deficiencies,and to solve them and improve and optimize their office management efficiency.
