Study On The Impact Of Digital Inclusive Finance On High-Quality Agricultural Development

Henan is a major agricultural province,and high-quality agricultural development is the general trend.Finance is an important means of allocating agricultural resources.The development of digital inclusive finance can effectively solve the problem of lack of financial services in the process of high-quality agricultural development,and can have a significant impact on high-quality agricultural development.Taking Henan Province as the research object,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural high-quality development from three aspects: agricultural production quality,agricultural ecological quality and farmers’ quality of life,and calculates the level of agricultural high-quality development in Henan Province by entropy method;Using the fixed effect regression model,this paper analyzes the impact of digital Inclusive Finance on the high-quality development of agriculture in Henan Province,and then analyzes the impact of the three dimensions of digital Inclusive Finance(coverage,depth and digitization)on the high-quality development of agriculture in Henan Province;Through heterogeneity analysis,this paper reveals the regional differences of the impact of digital Inclusive Finance on the high-quality development of agriculture in Henan Province.Research shows that:The overall level of agricultural high-quality development in 17 prefecture level cities in Henan Province is not high,and there are obvious regional differences;Digital inclusive finance can promote the high-quality development of agriculture in Henan Province.The promotion effect of agricultural support policies and government behavior on the high-quality development of agriculture is relatively significant,while the promotion effect of industrial structure,education level and regional credit constraints on the high-quality development of agriculture is not obvious;The three dimensions of digital inclusive finance can promote the high-quality development of agriculture in Henan Province,among which the coverage is the strongest,the degree of digitization is the second,and the depth of use is the weakest;There are regional differences in the impact of digital Inclusive Finance on the high-quality development of agriculture in Henan Province.Finally,according to the research results,the following suggestions are put forward:enhance the use depth of digital Inclusive Finance in agricultural development;Expand the radiation scope of the economic circle and promote regional coordinated development;Promote industrial integration and strengthen industrial structure adjustment;Optimize the educational structure and promote the rational allocation of human resources.
