Research On The Impact Of Digital Inclusive Finance On The High Quality Development Of County Economy In Henan Province

The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that high-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist modern country.The county economy is the economic context of connecting cities and rural areas,and promoting the high-quality development of the county economy is an important starting point for accelerating the construction of a modern economic system.General Secretary Xi pointed out that "finance is the core of the modern economy and the blood of the real economy." Therefore,in the process of high-quality economic development,it is necessary to play the role of financial promotion.The combination of digital inclusive finance can effectively reduce transaction costs and financial services thresholds,and expand the scope and coverage of financial services,which is of great significance for improving the level of high-quality development of the county economy.Therefore,this article takes the impact of Henan Province’s county economy as the research object,and empirical investigations of digital inclusive finance on the high-quality development of Henan Province’s county economy.This article uses Henan Province as the research object,and uses empirical analysis to study the impact of digital inclusive finance on the high-quality economic development of the economy.First of all,this article selects data from 103 counties in Henan Province in2014-2020,and starts from five perspectives of economic growth,innovation-driven,structure coordination,green development,and people’s livelihood sharing.Calculate the level of development and summarize the high-quality economic development level based on the results;secondly,the assumptions of reality analysis and theoretical combing are made,and the overall effect of the GMM method of 103 counties is inspected.The difference between the high-quality development of different counties in different counties.The following conclusions are concluded:(1)Digital inclusive finance has a positive role in promoting the high-quality development of the county’s county economy in Henan Province,and its role mainly comes from the breadth of the coverage of digital inclusive finance.(2)The regional heterogeneity is obvious,and all counties are played by the advantages of some levels of digital inclusive finance,and there are differences in the development of digital inclusive finance to each county.In order to better play the role of digital inclusive finance in the promotion of the county economy in Henan Province,it is recommended to improve the top-level design of digital inclusive finance and explore the new model of "adapting to local conditions",and by improving the financial quality of residents and increasing the depth of the financial market Promote the coordinated development between the counties in various counties,realize the friendly and virtuous circle between "inclusive" and "ecology",promote the transformation and upgrading of digital inclusive products and meet the needs of the county,and further promote the high-quality development of the county economy in Henan Province.
