| Sharing economy after years of development,its main body continues to change,as an outstanding representative of the sharing economy of the sharing car is also experiencing the main body of change,with the launch of the national new energy strategy,the main body of sharing car has gradually transitioned from oil vehicles to electric vehicles,and electric vehicles due to their own technical limitations,so that sharing cars in rapid development while facing many obstacles,first of all,due to the cruising range of electric vehicles,when it continues to operate will produce power loss,Timely charging is required to continue operation;Secondly,for operators,the models are mostly the same model,the cruising range is short,and the mileage discount means that charging is inevitable,and the charging time and whether there is the nearest network for mileage supplementation will affect the operating efficiency and user experience;In addition,whether it is electric vehicles or oil vehicles,reasonable allocation is still a key factor to improve operational efficiency,for the electric vehicle fleet,when the demand is too large or due to power restrictions resulting in insufficient available vehicles,expanding the fleet size is a measure to improve efficiency,but the increase in vehicles will inevitably bring high costs,and at the same time a large number of vehicles investment and limited changes in market demand scale,the utilization rate becomes low,which is uneconomical from the perspective of operating entities;Therefore,it is necessary to rationally deploy electric sharing vehicles according to the existing fleet at the existing time point to better avoid the impact of charging and improve operational efficiency.In view of the above problems,this paper first discusses the basic problems and components of electric sharing vehicles based on the research of predecessors and the relevant characteristics of electric sharing vehicles,and secondly,based on the battery life of electric vehicles and the limited nature of resources,comprehensively considers the charging choice,charging time,operating costs and service value,combined with the existing research,puts forward a directional allocation strategy on the basis of the traditional European-style distance allocation and proportional allocation strategy,and constructs an integer programming model of directional deployment strategy based on maximizing service demand.Then,the solution algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of the strategy,and the vehicle allocation is decomposed in two stages according to the current demand and vehicle state during the solution,the initial allocation of vehicles within the range near the demand is carried out according to the distance constraint,and the optimal allocation output is made by relying on MATLAB to call the Yalmip solver,and in the second stage,the strategy allocation is carried out for vehicles outside the range near the demand,and the relevant heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model by calling the Yalmip solver in combination with MATLAB.Then,a two-stage comprehensive optimal solution is obtained;On this basis,in order to better analyze the scope of application of the directional strategy to verify its feasibility,combined with the current social development trend,based on the relevant literature and model parameters,this paper selects a multi-dimensional evaluation system on service quality,cost,time,etc.,puts the theoretical results into practice through numerical experiments,analyzes the key index parameters such as demand quantity,fleet size,battery replacement and charging,and service duration horizontally and vertically,and compares with traditional deployment strategies to verify the feasibility of the directional strategy model.Finally,according to the relevant results,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for real operation in combination with actual scenarios,so as to improve the operational efficiency of electric sharing vehicles in practice and provide better experience for electric sharing car participants.Promote the realization of the economic and social value of electric sharing vehicles. |
