| Business model is a unique system formed by enterprise managers integrating relevant elements and rationally allocating resources.Enterprises continuously optimize this system to meet customer needs,realize customer value,and ultimately gain profits.Different companies have different business models.Even in the same industry,the management concepts and profit models of different business models may be very different.Business model innovation refers to improving and optimizing on the basis of the original business model,so that the improved business model has stronger competitiveness.In recent years,with the rapid development of the market economy,more and more enterprises have realized the importance of business model innovation and joined the ranks of reform and innovation.The object of this paper is Zhangzhou Pien Tze Huang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Since Pien Tze Huang Pharmaceutical was listed,it has made great breakthroughs in the innovation of business models.It guides the operation of the enterprise with the strategy of one core and two wings,and has achieved certain success.results.This paper analyzes Pien Tze Huang’s overall operation by using the nine-element model of the Business Canvas,compares its financial performance and non-financial performance before and after its innovation vertically,and horizontally compares comparable companies in the same industry,to explore the impact of business model innovation on corporate value creation capabilities.First of all,this paper combines Pien Tze Huang’s own actual situation and environment to explore the deep-seated reasons for its business model innovation,and combs out the main performance points of its innovation in combination with the business model canvas;second,from the perspective of value discovery,value creation and value realization,These three dimensions sort out the current business model of Pien Tze Huang Pharmaceutical,and discuss the impact of its innovation on the company’s ability to create value.When evaluating the effect of innovation to enhance the influencing factors of enterprise value creation,on the basis of using the traditional financial statement analysis system,this paper draws on the basic evaluation system of value creation of listed companies in China’s manufacturing industry.Four dimensions are used to evaluate the value creation of enterprises.Through the comparison and analysis of financial data and non-financial data,the impact of business model innovation on the ability of enterprise value creation is evaluated.Since factors other than innovation cannot be ruled out,such as market changes,consumer culture,etc.,this paper intends to compare the above indicators obtained by Pien Tze Huang with similar comparable companies to further verify the impact of business model innovation on companies.On this basis,the economic effect brought by business model innovation is quantitatively analyzed by calculating the economic added value and market value added value of the enterprise.Through the analysis,it is found that: whether from the perspective of shareholders,or from the perspective of the company as a whole,whether it is qualitative analysis or quantitative evaluation,business model innovation has a positive impact on all aspects of the company,which indicates that Pien Tze Huang’s business model Innovation has effectively enhanced its value creation ability;At the same time,by exploring the way of Pien Tze Huang’s business model innovation,it can be found that the business model innovation of enterprises should not only focus on a certain aspect of production and operation,but more should pay attention to the construction of the overall value chain of the enterprise,On the basis of optimizing the production and operation process and rationally allocating resources,we can turn our attention to the R&D and marketing links with stronger value creation capabilities,so that enterprises can move closer to the direction that can create value,and give full play to their own advantages to create value. |
