| With the fast-growing commercial activities in China,enterprises must make some innovations in technologies or business model in order to survive from the fierce competitions.For CEO and executives,it is more and more challenging to run the business.Company will hold some innovation activities to develop new technology or business model.But these activities are timeconsuming and easily turn to nothing out because new development may not fit in new trend of technologies’ development.But when Employees combine their own knowledge,which may fit with new technology trend,with company’s needs,that kind of innovation may generate great outcome.So,company need to encourage employees’ enthusiasm and effort on innovation.To make it work,the primary factors which affect employees’ innovation behaviors need to be revealed first.Many researches indicated that leadership style is one of the important parameters associated with innovative activities,besides employee’s personal pursues.Servant leadership got increasing attentions since the 1990 s by scholars and firms.It is pioneer that servant leadership focus on being serving the others first.With rapid development of domestic high-tech firms and foreign companies,servant leadership has been intensively studied in large volumes of research reports.However,some essential points were not well addressed such as the interactive role of adversity quotient between servant leadership and employee innovative behaviors.Hence this article will study the impact of adversity quotient on relation of servant leadership and employee innovative behaviors.This Article will study the effect of Servant leadership to employee innovative behavior according to the guidance of the social exchange theory and social learning theory.And this article will go through and review pervious research about this kind of topic,then it will take the organizational identification and adversity quotient as intermediary variable to explore the impact of servant leadership on employee innovative behavior.Then this article constructs theoretical framework to conclude research hypothesis.And then the article will collect data by questionnaire surveys.The collected data will be analyzed,such as reliability,validity,correlation and regression analysis,by using SPSS ver.26.0 and AMOS ver.26.0.The results indicated that servant leadership has a significant positive effect on employees’ innovative behaviors.Organizational identification and adversity quotient are the primary parameters in intermediating the effect.This work gives insights on the significant effect of servant leadership on employees’ innovative behaviors,especially the effectiveness of motivations by servant leaders and the impressively positive feedbacks from employees. |
