Development Strategy Study--Prepared For HHKJ Company

Development strategy is a dynamic management process in which a company optimizes its internal resource allocation to achieve its development goals.It is an important measure to deepen the market development and enhance the core competitiveness of the company to establish the strategic objectives that fit the company’s development,build a reasonable strategic unit and promote the effective implementation of the strategy.Strategic development is of great significance to the development of enterprises and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,especially the mine geophysical prospecting instrument industry.At present,with the rapid development of social economy,the social mineral resources have become an important part of the high-quality development of Chinese economy.The geological exploration field of coal mine,which is very important in mineral resources,has been improved unprecedentedly along with the development of mining industry.At present,the rapid change of economic development demand requires coal mining enterprises to give full play to the role of geological prospecting technology.With the change of external environment and the intensification of competition,enterprises cannot go far without the guarantee of strategic management.Therefore,studying the development strategy of mine geophysical exploration instrument enterprises is of great practical significance and social value to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise itself and cultivate the sustainable growth power of our mineral industry.This article takes HHKJ Company as the research object,on the basis of defining the company’s development strategy and other core concepts,PEST and SWOT analysis as the research tools to study the development strategy of HHKJ Company.The research focuses on the analysis of the development status of HHKJ company,and combined with the analysis of external factors and internal factors affecting the development of HHKJ company,to build the evaluation model of EFE-IFE matrix based on SWOT.The empirical results show that,after weight calculation and assignment,the development opportunity weight of HHKJ company is0.275,and the external threat weight is 0.225.The advantage weight within the company is0.2725;The internal disadvantage weight is 0.2275.It can be seen from the results of constructing the quadrilateral strategy matrix that HHKJ company should choose SO aggressive development strategy.Based on this,in combination with the current development status of HHKJ Company,this thesis constructs its SO development strategy from both the company level and the business level.Considering all the internal and external factors of HHKJ company,its strategy can be specifically selected from the corporate layer of diversification strategy and the business layer of low cost strategy.In order to promote the implementation of the development strategy of HHKJ Company,at the end of the study,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the implementation of the strategy from the aspects of organizational management guarantee,resource integration guarantee,product research and development guarantee and human resources guarantee.PEST and SWOT analysis methods are comprehensively applied in this study to analyze the internal and external environment of the company,understand the development status and existing problems of HHKJ Company,and formulate the development strategy of HHKJ Company,aiming at providing strategic ideas for the further development of HHKJ Company,which has certain practical guiding significance.
