| In order to realize the Digital transformation,the State Administration of Taxation has clearly listed "managing tax by numbers" and "smart tax" as the development direction,and actively explored the new model of digital tax management.As the executing department of national tax policies,the tax department is an important component of national economic management,responsible for stabilizing national fiscal revenue,promoting economic development,and social stability.The tax department should adapt to the times,fully utilize the advantages of wide coverage and quick response of tax big data,actively optimize tax services,and effectively improve taxpayer satisfaction.This study takes the tax bureau of X city in Hebei province as the research object,exploring the path to optimize the tax services of grassroots tax bureaus.Firstly,conduct on-site visits and investigations on the tax services provided by the Taxation Bureau of X City,Hebei Province,and obtain background data for the third phase of the Golden Tax.Secondly,based on the documents of the State Administration of Taxation and the current application status of the Golden Tax System,tax services are defined as four parts: publicity,consultation,tax handling,and information construction.The ACSI satisfaction model is used to construct a satisfaction index system from four dimensions:taxpayer expectations,taxpayer perception,taxpayer satisfaction,and taxpayer complaints.Descriptive statistics,differential analysis,and correlation analysis are used to analyze and verify the indicators.Finally,based on the analysis of the data and satisfaction survey results of the Golden Tax backend of X City Taxation Bureau,it was found that there are problems such as optimization of publicity and consultation,incomplete intelligent facilities,incomplete information services,and insufficient service team construction.In response to the above problems,it is proposed to expand publicity and consultation channels and increase taxpayers’ expectations;Optimize tax business and improve taxpayer satisfaction;Improve the quality of data analysis and reduce taxpayer complaints;Building a talent team and optimizing the optimization path of the tax service system aims to provide useful references for optimizing the tax services of grassroots tax bureaus in the context of big data. |
