| The outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan clearly states that we will accelerate the construction of a national integrated big data center system and build a number of national hub nodes and data center clusters.In May 2021,the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments jointly issued the Implementation Plan of Computing Hub for the Collaborative Innovation System of National Integrated Big Data Center,drawing a blueprint for optimizing the layout of China’s computing infrastructure and promoting the development of digital economy.Along with the transformation and upgrading of our economy,the deep integration of Internet technology and various industries,based on big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies will push the traditional business model constantly to bring forth the new.In this context,in order to undertake the dividend released by the policy end and the demand end,the IT service industry ushered in more fierce market competition.Based on the internal service quality theory,internal marketing theory and service profit chain theory,combined with the challenges faced by HCFZ company and based on the 8-latitude scale of internal service quality proposed by Hallowell,this paper focuses on eight aspects: communication,team cooperation,staff training,management support,tool support,encouragement and praise,target identification,policy and process.Developed a questionnaire for the internal service quality of HCFZ company.Then make a statistical analysis of the questionnaire to find out the problems existing in the internal service quality of the enterprise.Through personal interview,determine the specific reasons for the problems,and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions according to the reasons,including:Establish cross-departmental communication mechanism,build project team culture,improve team consciousness of members,strengthen talent consciousness,establish systematic training mechanism,improve the old and new management system,develop and improve the test environment management system,establish a good employee care mechanism,establish an effective target management mechanism based on SMART principle,etc.Through the above measures,the overall internal service quality of HCFZ company can be improved,the satisfaction and loyalty of employees can be enhanced,and then the external service quality of HCFZ company can be improved,and the satisfaction and loyalty of external customers can be enhanced.Finally,the profit of HCFZ company can be increased continuously.At the same time,it is hoped that this paper can be used as a reference for other relevant enterprises in the same industry to improve internal service quality. |
