Chinese wine culture has a long tradition and deep cultural heritage,and is also an important part of China’s traditional culture.Wine is one of the traditional liquors in China,enjoying rich cultural heritage and long history and culture,in China,wine is an indispensable drink for the gathering of people.However,with the implementation of relevant policies such as "criminalizing drunk driving" and "restricting consumption of the three public" and the introduction of 24-hour prohibition for public servants in many places,it will be a reshuffle for the alcohol industry.In April 2022,the wine industry will not be included in the restricted product list when the national development and reform commission announces the guidance catalogue of industrial structure adjustment,which also indicates that the competition of wine industry will become increasingly fierce.Liquor enterprises have better standards for production technology,product quality and safety,credit system,standard management and other fields.With the improvement of people’s consumption concept,rational drinking and healthy drinking have become the mainstream of consumers’ concept.At present,liquor market ushered in consumption upgrade development opportunity period.All kinds of liquor enterprises make use of the unique wine culture of each region to build their own industry chain and profit model the rapidly changing market economy and macro environment constantly test the profit model of these liquor manufacturers.Consumers will be more and more picky,simply to be a wine production and sales enterprises,has been far from meeting the growing diversified needs of consumers,consumers choose the best among the best,more and more attention to the cultural connotation behind the wine enterprises,those with unique cultural advantages can become the favorite of consumers.This thesis mainly takes Z wine industry as the case background,starts from the systematic,normative and coordinated nature of human resource management,takes the relevant theories of high-performance human resource management as the starting point,analyzes the problems encountered by Z wine industry in human resource management at various stages of development,the corresponding measures and the implementation effects,and describes in detail the process of construction and implementation of high-performance human resource management system.This thesis mainly takes Z wine industry as the case background,starting from the systematization,standardization and coordination of human resource management,and starting from the relevant theories of high performance human resource management,analyzes the problems encountered in human resource management of Z wine industry in various stages of development,corresponding measures and implementation effects,and describes in detail the construction process and implementation effects of high performance human resource management system.The main body of the case,in the way of narrative,objectively describes the problems,corresponding measures and implementation effects of human resource management in the development process of Z wine industry in various stages,as well as the innovative measures in the chain management mechanism of human resources "selection","education","employment","retention",thus forming a set of effective high performance human resource management system.The case analysis part mainly combines Z wine industry to analyze the problems,measures and effects of human resource management in different development stages,and makes it clear that high performance human resource management is a dynamic evolution process.In-depth analysis of the role of high performance human resource management in the development of enterprises in promoting employee work involvement,independent innovation ability,enterprise performance improvement.And for the future Z wine listing,10 years after the realization of 10 billion strategic plan,from the use of the overall effectiveness of human resource management chain,"selection" to play the organizational brand power,"education" to play the team combat effectiveness,"personnel" to play the system management,"retention" to play the organizational care,and other aspects of high performance human resource management optimization development proposed new ideas.
