This paper uses innovative ways in human resource management of MT as its background and is disserted by field research,interviews,data analysis and case study.It briefly states the general situation,the performance during the recent two decades as well as the corresponding reasons for the sustained growth, and then points out that using innovative ways in human resource management is a major cause of the sustained growth in MT. Finally, by quoting from theories and classic cases of human resource management, it states the innovations in details, especially the six aspects:dividing of Organization Structure,Corp. Culture,Recruitment,Training and Development,Compensation and Benefits via Performance Appraisal,Employee Relationship management which pose prominent problems to us, and of course, on the other hand, to let us think in new ways. At last, this paper emphasizes that constant innovation ability makes company survive its competitors. The innovation in human resource management is vital to the growth and development of company's business events. Only if you've got the ability can your company achieves innovative theories,organization,management,technique and marketing which are able to build to last.
