| In 2023,the government has successively introduced regulatory measures such as risk prevention,which further squeezes the profits of commercial banks.The industry is inevitably facing competition for market share,salary reductions,layoffs,and personnel reductions.The integration of information technologies such as artificial intelligence(AI)and blockchain with traditional financial services presents new requirements for banks and bank employees,and commercial banks are facing an unprecedented survival test.Various problems are confronting commercial bank enterprises,and improving corporate competitiveness is imperative.Key to enhancing competitiveness is human capital.As the first local joint-stock commercial bank in Qingyuan with assets exceeding30 billion yuan and loan balances exceeding 20 billion yuan,S Company is also facing the dual challenges of a weak external economic environment and policy tightening,while still exploring the reform process.For S Company,enhancing corporate competitiveness is imperative,and improving job satisfaction to retain employees is the focus of the company’s human resources management.This research measures the level of job satisfaction among S Company employees and proposes strategies for improvement.This study is divided into three parts.The first part corresponds to Chapters 1 and 2,introducing the background and significance of this research,listing the research ideas and methods,and then reviewing and summarizing relevant theories related to employee job satisfaction.The second part corresponds to Chapter 3,which focuses on the specific measurement of S Company employees’ job satisfaction levels.The actual situation of S Company is first described,and the methodology for setting up the survey questionnaire is explained.Then,through methods such as literature analysis,survey questionnaires,and SPSSAU software analysis,291 job satisfaction measurement data samples from S Company were analyzed and evaluated against seven dimensions of job satisfaction.The measurement results show that S Company employees have relatively high job satisfaction levels.Stepwise regression analysis reveals that employee childbearing status and job level have a positive impact on job satisfaction.The third part corresponds to Chapters 4 to 6 and summarizes several problems that exist in S Company’s job satisfaction measurement results.These problems include inadequate job design,incomplete salary and welfare systems,insufficient promotion channels,and the need to improve training effectiveness.To address these issues,strategies are proposed,such as optimizing job design,improving salary and welfare systems,unblocking promotion channels,planning for employee career development,innovating training content and methods,and building a family-friendly enterprise.Finally,this paper proposes prospects for future research directions on employee job satisfaction.This study provides empirical research for enhancing job satisfaction and innovative solutions such as flexible job positions and flexible working hours,which supports employee’s work-life balance and provides reference for small and medium-sized enterprises on building family-friendly enterprises. |
