With the rapid development of my country's economy and society,more and more women have entered the labor market and gained the opportunity to compete with the male labor force.Due to the physiological differences between men and women,and the long-term influence of the family structure of “males lead the outside,women lead the home”,women suffer from gender discrimination in the labor market.The low quality of employment is widespread and needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,exploring the problem of women's employment quality has become an important issue.Inescapable topic.In order to solve the problem of female employment,more and more scholars and experts have focused on family-friendly policies in recent years.Do family-friendly policies affect the quality of women's employment? What is the transmission path of the impact of family-friendly policies on women's employment quality?This paper takes working women as the research subject,takes the work-family boundary theory,social gender theory and labor market discrimination theory as the theoretical basis,and uses literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods to analyze the impact of family-friendly policies on women from both quantitative and qualitative aspects.The impact of employment quality.In order to do a good job in quantitative research,this paper quantifies the relevant concepts,and on this basis,designs a questionnaire to collect data.This research uses SPSS to conduct reliability and validity tests,descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and regression on the collected data.The effects of family-friendly policies on women's employment quality and the mediating role of the mediating variable work-family conflict were analyzed and verified.Using SPSS,it was concluded that the flexible working system positively affects the employment quality of women(B=0.727,P<0.001);the kinship care policy positively affects the employment quality of women(B=0.279,P<0.001);the leisure vacation policy positively affects the female employment quality Employment quality(B=0.279,P<0.001);employee assistance policies positively affect women's employment quality(B=0.250,P<0.001),which verifies the positive impact of family-friendly policies on women's employment quality.At the same time,it also concluded that family-work conflict has a mediating effect between family-friendly policies and female employment quality(B=0.027,95%CI[0.0056,0.0603]).Under the premise that family-friendly policies have a positive impact on women's employment quality and work-family conflict indirectly affects women's employment quality in the model,this study puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Improve family-friendly measures within the organization,and establish organizational Internal family-friendly system to improve the quality of women's employment.(2)The government does a good job of publicity and guidance,and creates a family-friendly atmosphere in the whole society.(3)The legislature should supplement and improve relevant laws and regulations so that family-friendly policies can be legally abided by.(4)Attach importance to alleviating work-family conflicts.Only by exerting efforts from these four aspects at the same time can we solve the problem of female employment quality to the greatest extent,which is not only very important for working women,but also conducive to promoting social stability and economic development.
