| The retail business has attracted large and solid customer groups and provided the stable cash flow.As a relatively high profit source of commercial banks,it is the basic foundation for the development of banking business.However,facing the continuous acceleration of market interest rates,the strong impact of Internet finance,and the iterative upgrade of customer demands,whoever "wakes up" first and seizes the retail business market in the post-epidemic era will have the initiative.In order to quickly dominate the retail market with huge potential,the transformation and development of the banking industry is imminent.Based on the above development background,this research mainly takes the retail business transformation of the Agricultural Bank of China’s DE county branch as the research object.On the basis of investigating the relevant materials and considering the bank’s own situation,we fully learn the domestic and foreign advanced research results,and use SWOT analysis method to conduct this study.First,we explain the concept and related properties of commercial bank retail business.The factors that affect the implementation of commercial bank retail strategy transformation are explained on the basis of the financial intermediary,customer relationship management,and other theories,which is the essential foundation for the subsequent research.Second,taking the DE county branch of the Agricultural Bank of China as an example,after explaining the general situation of the branch,the overall operating environment,and the current business development status,we analyze the necessity of its retail business transformation based on the bank’s financial statements and retail business operating data.Then,we analyze the existing problems in the process of retail business transformation,and use the SWOT analysis method to conduct a matrix analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by the DE County sub-branch,in order to clarify the bank’s retail business transformation and development ideas.Finally,based on we propose the ideas,objectives and countermeasures for the transformation and development of the retail business of the DE county branch of the Agricultural Bank of China,as well as the targeted measures for the retail business system of the Agricultural Bank of China,to further improve the transformation model of the retail business of the bank and achieve better development.This research aims to solve the problems encountered in the retail transformation process of the DE county branch of the Agricultural Bank of China,assist the bank to improve the management level and the overall quality of employees with better transformation ideas and measures,and provide reference for the transformation of financial bank retail.It has significant theoretical and practical importance for agricultural banks to gradually shift from "big asset management" to "big retail",and to seek new business growth points while saving capital. |
