Research On Internal Compliance Management Of Export Control In X And Y Enterprises

"Internal compliance management of enterprise export control" refers to specialized internal compliance management of specific entities "enterprises" in the specific field of "export control".Export control" specifically refers to the control measures for military and dual-use items.Unless otherwise specified in this article,it mainly refers to the control measures for dual-use items.In recent years,the status of compliance management in corporate governance has gradually improved,becoming the "third pole" of management after business management and financial management.This article analyzes the representative and typical enterprises X and Y in the construction of internal compliance management in export control,mainly focusing on four aspects: policy statements,organizational structure,management manuals,and processes.Based on the research findings of the two enterprises,it preliminarily summarizes some successful experiences in the construction of internal compliance management in export control,At the same time,a summary was made on the personality and common issues of X and Y enterprises,and an attempt was made to explore the root causes behind the problems.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,combined with its management needs and level,this article proposes targeted improvement suggestions for export control internal compliance management for X and Y enterprises,respectively.At the same time,relevant experiences were further proposed to provide inspiration for small and medium-sized enterprises in building export control internal compliance management.Through this study,it is hoped that on the basis of comparative research between X and Y enterprises,new ideas can be provided for the construction of export control internal compliance management in small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
