With the advent of the 21st century,China’s game industry has entered a period of rapid development.The progress of science and technology and the prosperity of economy make people pay attention to spiritual things on the basis of material pursuit,and games have gradually become people’s spiritual sustenance.In the whole game industry,single-player game is a very important part,it is both the development of the industry profit products,but also the main source of entertainment.Since 2011,there have been many investors and entrepreneurs in the game market,and the entry of the whole game market becomes active,which has also brought the games into the unprecedented development.After ten years of this year,the game market environment has become mature.Traditional large Internet companies,such as Tencent and netease Cloud,have all seized half of the game market share with th eir strong strength and comprehensive resources,which reduces the development space of other small and medium-sized game companies in the market.But as the government regulation of the game industry increase and online game,mobile game market division,the future PC game competition will be more and more big,it forced the industry to boutique operation direction,especially in game production and marketing,must pay attention to market segments,and use the limited resources faster to respond to the actual needs of users,only in this way to seize more market opportunities.Game it is different from other products in the market,in order to remain invincible in the market,in addition to having a complete marketing plan,but also have a sense of full service.Therefore,this paper in Chongqing FY technology company,for example,on the basis of 4P,4C,PEST,STP,five force competition model,on the analysis of the company’s current marketing environment in detail,and then use the questionnaire method to explore the Chongqing FY technology company problems in the game business marketing,then combined with the actual situation of the company in market positioning,products,channels,price,promotion and marketing strategy put forward the corresponding opinions,and help Chongqing FY technology company quickly realize game business marketing transformation.Make the following conclusions through this study:(1)The game business marketing problems of Chongqing FY Technology Company include:unclear market positioning,lack of new product design,little price choice,insufficient channel innovation,and low consumer satisfaction.(2)In the game marketing,Chongqing FY Technology Company should further clarify the market positioning,and can also use the 4P strategy to upgrade the product,and then improve the marketing system,build an excellent marketing team,and strengthen the cooperation between departments.Only in this way can FY gain market share while boosting the gaming industry.
