In recent years,with the arrival of the wave of informatization,the demand for digital transformation of traditional banks has become more and more urgent.Banks have also increasingly realized that the current process is difficult to support the development of banks’ business.It is inevitable to optimize the banking business process with digital transformation as a catalyst.Based on this,this thesis takes the Y branch of Bank Z as the research object,uses the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the personal financial management business process of Y branch of Bank Z,optimizes the process management of financial products relying on personal financial management business,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures.This thesis first combs the relevant theories of product management,process management and process reengineering,and focuses on the research of the concepts and methods of bank process reengineering and process banking,which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the financial product management process.Secondly,through the questionnaire and actual case analysis of the relevant personnel of the financial product management department of Bank Z,Y Province Branch,this thesis analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the financial product management process of Bank Z,Y Province Branch,and concludes that the product management organizational structure of the branch has insufficient unity of objectives,and the product promotion strategy needs to be strengthened Lack of objective and efficient product decision-making and pricing mechanism and incomplete construction of product after-sales system.In response to these problems,four optimization measures are put forward: clarifying the performance management system of the financial product management department,implementing the project flexible team mechanism,improving the professional quality of personnel in key positions of financial product management,and strengthening the establishment of a standardized after-sales early warning system by financial technology.On the one hand,the research of this thesis provides a strong reference for Z Bank Y Branch to promote the construction of banking business process.On the other hand,through the research of this thesis,the key problems in the process of financial product management are identified,the deep-seated reasons for these problems are analyzed,and targeted improvement measures are obtained,which provides a solid foundation for the optimization of financial product management of Bank Z,Y Province Branch.
