Research On The Restrictive Factors And Countermeasures For The Integration Of Private Enterprises In Jiangxi Province Into The Domestic And International Dual Circulation

The domestic and international situation is changing with each passing day.With the accelerated promotion of the new development pattern of domestic and international double circulation,with the domestic big circulation as the main body,private enterprises in Jiangxi Province have also ushered in new development opportunities.However,as the composition of private enterprises in Jiangxi Province is mainly composed of small and medium-sized enterprises,their characteristics are relatively small in size and relatively weak in risk resistance.In 2020,the COVID-19 will be fierce.In the face of the downward trend of the world economy,the intensified competition in the domestic market,the complex and volatile international environment,the rising prices of production factors,the steep increase of various costs and risks,the difficulty of enterprise financing,the test of the epidemic and other negative pressures,a considerable number of private enterprises in the province are facing survival problems.In order to solve the difficulties in the survival and development of private enterprises in Jiangxi Province,as well as the development difficulties existing in private enterprises under the new dual cycle development pattern,this article combines qualitative and quantitative research methods,using statistical analysis methods to construct a comprehensive development evaluation index system for regional private economy,quantifying the development gap between Jiangxi’s private economy and coastal developed provinces and cities,Scientifically analyze the factors that affect the development of private enterprises in Jiangxi Province in the context of dual circulation and determine the boundary of the integration of private enterprises in Jiangxi Province into the domestic and international dual circulation system based on this.Relying on system dynamics,construct a basic input tree model of the flow rate of private enterprises in Jiangxi Province into the domestic and international dual circulation system,calculate the system branch vector determinant feedback loop,and generate a system feedback model,Reveal the growth and constraint mechanism of the feedback loop and identify the system constraints,and then analyze and propose corresponding management countermeasures.After that,construct a system variable simulation equation,and then conduct simulation and sensitivity analysis on the system model to simulate the implementation effect of management countermeasures,providing reference for the growth and development of private enterprises in Jiangxi Province in the context of dual cycle new development.
