Research On Financial Risk Of XW Mobile Game Company Under Digital Economy

In recent years,China’s digital economy has been developing strongly,and local governments are accelerating the construction of network infrastructure to boost the development of digital economy.By 2021,the scale of digital economy will reach45.5 trillion yuan,which has become an integral part of the domestic economy.However,as a new economic form,digital economy still has shortcomings in many aspects.Still facing the challenges of data gap,information security,regulatory support and so on,we should not blindly celebrate the development of digital economy.As an important part of the digital economy,the mobile game industry not only takes advantage of the "east wind" to enjoy the policy dividend,but also faces the risks brought by the challenges of the digital economy.In addition,the mobile game companies themselves have the characteristics of high risk,high investment and high return,so numerous investors flock to the mobile game industry,which undoubtedly intensifies the competition in the mobile game market.The imperfect supervision of digital economy makes many mobile game companies walk on the edge of laws and regulations,and the market environment is deteriorating constantly.For small and medium-sized enterprises,they are also squeezed by the interests of big game manufacturers.In such an environment,it is imperative to help countless small and medium-sized game companies avoid financial risks and improve their ability to resist risks.Only by clearly recognizing financial risks and taking risk management measures,can we strive for development in survival.This thesis first draws on the relevant literature research results of digital economy and mobile game enterprise financial risk theory,uses Z-score model and risk matrix to measure the financial risk,and combines various related financial indicators to analyze,discusses the risk management theory and internal control theory,and then through case study,takes XW mobile game company as a specific case.With actual financial data and real financial environment combined with the background of the digital economy,targeted research and analysis are carried out.The research shows that the financial risks of XW mobile game companies under the digital economy mainly exist in four aspects: financing risk,investment risk,profit risk and operating risk.Finally,the causes of financial risks are analyzed and preventive suggestions are put forward.This thesis believes that the financial risk of XW mobile game company cannot be ignored.The main reason for the risk is that mobile game companies in digital economy cannot avoid the strengthening of industry competitiveness and the polarization of resource allocation.It is difficult for the game market to fully blossom,and consumers are more inclined to intensive cultivation of game products.The declining return ability of the game products operated by XW mobile game company and the lack of risk awareness of the team have brought not only a profit risk,but also other financing risks and investment risks,etc.,not to mention the compression of negative policies and partner policies.According to the reasons,suggestions on financial risk control and risk protection under the digital economy are put forward.Suggestions on financial risk control include continuously improving the efficiency of using funds,avoiding financing risks,strengthening the ability to collect information,prudently investing,improving the product selection ability of rival games,enhancing profitability,improving the risk awareness of management and reducing operational risks.The financial risk protection suggestion is that the government should improve the supervision mechanism of mobile games,improve the business ability of the team,help the long-term development of the company,keep up with the digital trend,and optimize the strategic direction at the right time.The implementation of these measures can help XW mobile game companies to achieve long-term development under the digital economy.
