In recent years,benefiting from the rapid development of the economy,the consumption demands and material living standards of Chinese residents have been improved year by year,and maternal and infant products have gradually become an indispensable part of people’s lives.However,the population is limited to the decrease in the birth of the population,and the population growth rate is expected to grow slowly,but people’s consumption behavior and ideas have begun to upgrade further,which affects the factors that affect the mother and baby industry.Faced with such a market,business changes are imperative.This article combines the online and offline ecological layout will be coordinated to build people,goods and markets in the new era of mother and child.From the perspective of humanistic care,this project will take the "Warm Heart Mother’s Cabin" as the service subject and solve the practical problems encountered in the process of childcare.On-line use of big data analysis to simulate the feeding scene model,realize human-computer information interaction,and use standard question-and-answer method to improve the accuracy of customer selection of goods and speed up the customer decision-making process;At the same time,the display of main products in the cabin will strengthen the integration of online and offline and the consumption scene;Flagship stores will be opened during the project’s growth period to enhance the brand image and prepare for proprietary products.Through the above planning,the ecological chain of mother-to-child retail has been constructed,so that the project can meet the needs of consumers while achieving sustainable development.Based on this,the project is comprehensively analyzed by using PEST analysis method,competitive strategy analysis and SWOT analysis,so as to analyze the market positioning,market demand and target,and design a marketing mix strategy scheme to achieve this target.Meanwhile,the corresponding operation target and organization management scheme are formulated according to the above target,and the established target will be achieved by combining the latest drainage and marketing means,online APP with clear style,efficient supply chain management and warehouse logistics management,powerful organization and human resources guarantee,etc.The planned investment in the early stage of the project is 5 million yuan,the net present value(NPV)of the project is 3.653 million yuan through a series of financial calculations,the internal rate of return(IRR)is 30%,the modified internal rate of return(MIRR)is 25%,and the dynamic payback period of investment is 3.92 years.It can be seen that the project is worthy of investment.Finally,quantitative risk analysis(single sensitive factor and multiple sensitive factors)and qualitative analysis,as well as other possible risks and countermeasures are used to describe the overall controllable risks of the project.Generally speaking,this project relies on a new retail platform for maternal and infants to explore more dimensions of business boundaries and offline experience economy,which is a good project worth investing.
