China’s manufacturing enterprises in the international market with cheap labor costs to obtain absolute competitive advantage,Hut in the era of digitalization and globalization,this advantage is gradually disappearing,leading to a gradual decline in the profits of manufacturing enterprises.As China’s traditional enterprises,manufacturing enterprises want to develop steadily and rapidly and achieve the goal of "cost reduction and efficiency increase" fundamentally.In addition to maintaining the leading level of technology,they should also pay attention to the optimization of raw material procurement process.However,the majority of domestic enterprises are not mature enough in raw material procurement management ideas and application methods.Lean thinking originated from the lean production of Toyota Motor in Japan,which has been well known in traditional manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad.Therefore,how to effectively combine lean thinking with enterprise procurement process is a problem that many manufacturing enterprises need to study and solve carefully.Lean thinking is the summary of lean production management methods and guiding ideology,its core is to identify the waste in the process,and eliminate the waste,to create more value for customers.Lean thinking is widely applied in the production field of many manufacturing enterprises,Hut it is rarely applied in the non-production field.Only by comprehensively reducing the waste in all departments and links can a lean enterprise become a lean enterprise.Based on the introduction of lean thinking,this paper analyzes the raw material procurement process of H Company,puts forward the value stream map method to analyze the current status of the procurement process,and puts forward the method to solve the optimization of the raw material procurement process of H Company.The innovation point of this paper is to combine the actual situation of the enterprise and its own development characteristics,the value stream map method to solve the process improvement method into the manufacturing enterprise procurement process optimization.Study how to apply lean thinking,use lean improvement tools,identify problems,propose solutions,take safeguard measures and analyze the expected results to achieve lean procurement and process optimization goals.Company H is a small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the optimization of raw material procurement process in traditional manufacturing industry,and can be promoted to the optimization of other processes.
