| The connotation of technological innovation lies not only in technological innovation in production,but also in the application of new technologies with R&D as the goal.To study the impact of technological innovation on enterprise performance,on the one hand,explore the nature,characteristics and laws of technological innovation;on the other hand,it is conducive to the improvement of enterprise performance and provides a scientific theoretical basis for the sustainable development of enterprises.China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation Limited(CRRC for short)is a central enterprise that represents the leading level of China’s rail transit equipment industry and constantly strives to become the "golden card" of which the country is proud.This paper takes CRRC Corporation as the research object to study the impact of technological innovation on enterprise performance,which is not only conducive to the improvement of the international operation level of CRRC In the future,but also provides a strong reference for the internationalization of rail transit manufacturing industry.It is of positive and far-reaching significance to arrange capital and resource investment reasonably for enterprises,adjust industrial structure and establish reasonable talent selection mechanism,which is in line with the strategy of "China’s intelligent manufacturing".Firstly,this thesis reviews and sorts out relevant literature on technological innovation and enterprise performance.Secondly,it introduces the background of the establishment of CRRC.And the international and domestic situations it faces through literature surveys and other methods.Through data analysis,the status of CRRC Group’s technological innovation and corporate performance are analyzed separately.By establishing multiple regression analysis models,and focusing on R&D investment and technical personnel investment,SPSS regression analysis method is used to further elaborate the degree of impact of CRRC’s technological innovation on enterprise performance.Finally,in order to improve the performance of the company,it is expounded from two aspects: R&D investment strategy and talent strategy.It provides reference for the development of other enterprises. |
