| With the steady improvement of China’s comprehensive strength and national income and the continuous expansion of transportation demand,higher requirements are put forward for high-speed railway transportation.High-speed railway should constantly meet the social development and people’s yearning for a better life.Since the 1990s,railway development has presented a new prospect.Although the railway has undergone some reforms,such as the abolition of branches,separation of government and enterprise,but are not fundamental reform.The reason lies in the railway industry has been in the technical side learning-imitation-after-again learn to imitate-again after the loop,represented by car company in China’s high iron industry in the development of the road of independent innovation has exposed many problems,such as unreasonable business structure,regional unbalanced development capacity,lack of fast freight technology,key technology of the independent innovation ability is insufficient,lack of operation mode innovation and so on.Based on previous studies,this paper finds that the current academic problems in the innovation and development of China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises are mostly from the perspective of technology research and development,focusing on the great significance of technological change in promoting the historical process,and the lack of logical argumentation on the reasons and necessity of technological innovation from the perspective of business benefits.In this paper,the car company as an example,and are discussed from several aspects,one is from the car company and the world of rail transit industry technology innovation and current situation of basic research,through the industry the company’s financial and economic data contrast concluded that Chinese car companies mainly in the earnings depend on domestic high-speed rail operations,while every year the patent technology of increase year by year,but very few profit contribution associated with r&d,which is why only rely on independent innovation,not just rely on buying patents to achieve leapfrog development of technological innovation.On the other hand,from the perspective of enterprise management,car companies in China compared with foreign company business as an example,the analysis of foreign companies operating efficiency thanks to successfully implement the strategy of the diversified innovation drive,at the same time points out that Chinese car companies in the lack of efficiency of working capital,and from the industry characteristics,macro policies,passenger service,ecological environment needs further pointed out that from the multiple angles should change transportation technology and function,such as the development of variable marshalling high-speed rail freight and sleeping train.In terms of specific measures to implement innovation-driven development,this paper starts from two dimensions.One is from the dimension of technological innovation,focusing on the advantages,significance and feasibility of variable grouping.Second,from the perspective of mode innovation,it proposes to innovate and develop the new mode of high-speed railway transportation to adapt to the environmental changes brought by new technologies,such as developing the sleeper bullet train group,developing high-speed railway freight,and innovating and developing the new mode of high-speed railway tourism. |
