The Strategic Research Of G State-owned Pawn Company

As a traditional and ancient financial industry,pawnshops have been endowed with new opportunities and missions by policies and markets in the new period.After more than 30 years of metamorphosed development,pawnshops have become an important member of China’s financial industry and played a positive role in supplementing and promoting the development of our national economy because of their barter and financial properties.After being incorporated into the financial regulatory system in 2018,the society,policies and market have put forward to a new requirements and expectations for the pawnshop industry.This paper aims to study and analyze the problems of G company,and then summarize the strategic direction suitable for the development of G pawn company,so as to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.To analysis the problems in this paper,first of all,the pawnshop development history,industry positioning,industry structure,management characteristics,regulatory regulations and other external environmental factors were analyzed and explained,to provide basic support for the development of the paper.Secondly,it analyzed and forecasted the development direction of social economy,the development trend of capital industry,financial policy and the changes of market and customers in the pawn industry,so as to define the basic direction for G State pawn Company’s strategy.Thirdly,through in-depth understanding and research of G State pawn Company’s background,history,system,team and major business issues,meanwhile the SWOT analysis is used to analyze G company’s own strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats,then work out G Company’s overall strategic goals and phased strategic plans in the following ten years.Finally,aiming at the realization of the strategic plan formulated for G Company,it focuses on three aspects,including system improvement,core competitiveness building and safeguard measures,to ensure the smooth development of the strategy facts.The value of this paper is to trace and analyze the current strategic problems of G Pawn Company,as well as the system,team,business direction and mode that affect the promotion of strategy,and provide specific practical and effective suggestions and opinions for improvement,so as to sublimate the controllable and practical strategic plan of G company in the coming ten years.At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference for the management and development of similar enterprises.
