The Influence Of Corporate Social Capital On Dual Innovation Capability

At present,with the rapid development of economic globalization,the variability of internal and external environment and the outbreak of the epidemic lead to the economic situation of our country is not optimistic.Therefore,enterprises must take countermeasures to solve the problems faced by enterprises.Technological innovation is the key measure for companies to maintain competitive advantage and ensure sustainable growth.This paper will study the influence mechanism of corporate social capital on ambidextrous innovation capability from the perspective of CEO,and add the mediating variable of corporate culture,which enriches the theory of enterprise innovation to some extent.Provide decision-making suggestions for enterprises to effectively carry out innovation activities.This article first clarifies the content and significance of the discussion,and summarizes the review of this article,and proposes hypotheses for the above,then,by selecting the appropriate main factors,the enterprise social capital is divided into CEO political social capital and CEO commercial social capital,the enterprise ambidextrous innovation ability is divided into exploratory innovation ability and utilization innovation ability,and the enterprise culture is measured from the enterprise system,internal structure and social relations.Then,by selecting the manufacturing enterprises of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies in 2016-2020 as the research sample,the empirical data analysis is carried out first,and descriptive data analysis,correlation analysis and regression research are carried out on the main factors.At the same time,the intermediary effect is tested,and finally the robustness test is carried out.The results show that CEO political social capital has a significant inhibitory effect on exploratory innovation ability,and has a significant promoting effect on exploitative innovation ability.CEO commercial social capital also has a significantpromoting effect on exploratory innovation ability.Corporate culture plays a partial mediating role in the influence of CEO political social capital and business social capital on exploratory innovation ability,and also plays a partial mediating role in CEO political social capital on exploitative innovation ability.Finally,some opinions and suggestions for enterprises are put forward for the future research methods.
